In that unfamiliar valley, Leon and Theodore looked at the weary soldiers, their hearts filled with worry and guilt. The valley was silent, save for the occasional whisper of the wind, as if it were recounting their current desolation. 0

Leon slowly walked over to a large rock in the valley and sat down heavily, cradling his head in his hands, lost in deep thought. Images of the camp being ambushed flooded his mind—the screams of soldiers, the sight of blood splattering everywhere—like a nightmare that refused to fade. "It's all my fault; I didn't protect everyone well enough," Leon's voice was low and pained, the tide of self-reproach overwhelming him. 0

Seeing Leon in such a state pierced Theodore's heart. He crouched beside Leon, looking into his eyes and said, "Leon, this isn't just your fault. War is full of uncertainties; none of us expected the the Claudie Family to learn about our plans ahead of time." 0

Leon lifted his head, tears brimming in his eyes. "But if I had been more cautious, if I had double-checked the intelligence, maybe this wouldn't have happened. So many brothers have died; how can I face their families?" 0

Theodore's eyes also glistened with tears as he tightly grasped Leon's hand. "Leon, we can't let ourselves be defeated like this. Our fallen brothers want us to avenge them; they want us to lead our family out of this crisis. We must pull ourselves together!" 0

At that moment, soldiers began to gather around them. Though exhausted, their eyes still shone with unwavering determination. One young soldier spoke up, "My lord, we don't blame you. It was the the Claudie Family that acted despicably; we will definitely take revenge!" The other soldiers echoed his sentiment, their voices soft yet filled with strength. 0

Leon looked at the soldiers and felt a warm surge in his heart. He stood up, wiped away his tears, and declared loudly, "Brothers, thank you for your trust. I, Leon, vow to avenge you all and make the the Claudie Family pay a heavy price!" 0

Theodore also rose to his feet, raising his fist and shouting, "Yes! We will show them that we, the Theodore Family, are not so easily defeated!" The soldiers' spirits ignited completely as they shouted in unison, their voices echoing through the valley. 0

In this moment of emotional eruption, both Leon and Theodore underwent a profound transformation within themselves. Leon recalled his tragic childhood—the loss of his parents—and the hardships he had faced along the way. He understood deeply that he could not afford to lose those around him again; he could not let his family suffer any more. 0

Theodore reminisced about all the moments since he met Leon—the training sessions and battles they had shared. He realized that Leon was his strongest support; their bond had transcended ordinary friendship and become one of life and death. 0

"Leon, we've been through so much together; we will get through this too," Theodore said firmly. 0

Leon nodded heavily in agreement. "That's right, Theodore. Not only will we get through this; we will make the the Claudie Family regret their actions." 0

To alleviate the fatigue and stress of the soldiers, Leon and Theodore decided to let everyone take a short rest in the valley. They gathered some dry branches and started a campfire. By the warm fire, the soldiers huddled together, sharing their food with one another. Leon and Theodore moved among the soldiers, comforting each one, recounting tales of their family's past glory and painting a bright vision for the future. 0

In this unfamiliar valley, the emotional outpouring from Leon and Theodore not only helped them regain their courage and confidence but also instilled a strong sense of unity among the soldiers. They understood that the road ahead would still be fraught with thorns, but as long as they stood together, nothing could hinder their progress. Supported by these emotions, Leon and Theodore led the soldiers in quietly gathering strength in the valley, waiting for the moment to strike back. The hatred and conviction burning within them were like a flame that grew ever stronger, vowing to completely annihilate the the Claudie Family and avenge their family's honor and fallen loved ones. 0
