"Thank you, Uncle." 0
The little girl smiled sweetly at me. 0
I smiled back and returned the candy to her. 0
I glanced at the grandmother next to me, who was dozing off. 0
Just as she was about to drop her phone, I reached out to catch it. 0
However, this time, the phone did not fall. 0
I looked up in surprise and saw that the phone had been knocked to the ground by a woman in a short skirt across from me. 0
I stared at her in astonishment, noticing the dark aura surrounding her. 0
How could a woman emit such a dense dark energy? 0
I squinted slightly and saw a man's figure forming where the dark energy gathered around her. 0
The man wore glasses and appeared refined. 0
He glared fiercely at the Migrant Worker, as if they had a deep-seated grudge against each other. 0
The Migrant Worker seemed puzzled by the glare; he scratched his head, picked up the phone from the ground, and walked toward the man. 0
"Here you go, your phone fell." 0
The man took the phone and suddenly started arguing with the Migrant Worker. 0
In just a few seconds, the Migrant Worker vanished without a trace. 0
I looked at the woman left standing alone and couldn't help but frown. 0
I took out paper and pen to jot down everything that had happened. 0
If I stayed in this carriage, where would this train take me? 0
The subway came to a stop again, and the train doors opened. I remained still, observing the people around me. 0
I noticed that no one in the entire carriage seemed inclined to get off. 0

Everyone sat in their seats, completely still. 0

I looked at them in surprise, noticing that their eyes were fixed straight ahead. Following their gaze, I could only see the dark tunnel before us. But in the next moment, I saw a light coming from within the tunnel. 0

I squinted slightly, watching as the light grew closer. For some reason, I felt that light was somewhat blinding. As the train approached it, I felt as if I were being scorched. 0

I covered my eyes in pain and curled up in the corner. It hurt! What was happening? 0

I don’t know how long it took, but eventually, I slowly opened my eyes. I looked at my body and found no signs of burns. Could it be that my earlier sensations were just an illusion? 0

I glanced up at the Little Red Dot, noticing it was still blinking at Mingyuan Station. I realized that I had gone through another cycle. 0

After a brief moment of contemplation, I decided that I would no longer passively ride the train but would seek a solution to this matter. 0

Seeing the little girl’s Candy Jar about to fall again, I quickly stood beside her. When the man reached out, I deliberately coughed to catch his attention. 0

He glanced at me and silently withdrew his hand. I crouched down to help the girl catch her Candy Jar. Looking at her sweet smile, I gently patted her head. 0

I continued to stand beside my dozing grandmother, watching as she placed her phone on her bag. In the instant the phone slipped, I quickly grabbed it. Fortunately, it didn’t break, and the elderly woman smiled at me in gratitude. I returned her smile and turned my attention to the Migrant Worker as he handed a piece of Chewing Gum to the Skirt Woman. 0

I noticed that the Migrant Worker’s expression seemed somewhat troubled. He silently took back the Chewing Gum without saying a word. The man with glasses glanced at the Migrant Worker and scoffed dismissively. 0

In the next moment, the Migrant Worker suddenly stood up. He slammed his phone onto the ground in frustration and angrily sat back down. The man with glasses was startled and looked at him in confusion. I expected the Migrant Worker to say something, but he remained silent. The man with glasses didn’t press him either; he simply shot him a glance before returning his gaze elsewhere. 0

I noticed that the screen of the man with glasses’ phone was scrolling with lines of text. Was he… watching a live stream? I frowned slightly and turned my attention to the Skirt Woman. 0
