After returning from the Large Corporation, Qi Meng no longer chased after Night Shadow; instead, she came to Lin Su. It was as if she hadn’t been pursuing Night Shadow under the pretense of looking for Lin Su at all. She was indeed as charming and cute as the rumors suggested, but also a bit willful.
As she continued to nitpick and make veiled criticisms, Lin Su grew somewhat annoyed and directly asked, "What do you want from me?" The old woman sipping tea at the door and the hacker waiting in line inside both stared at her. Startled, she shivered and finally began to speak properly.

Before descending for her tribulation last time, Peony Fairy had customized a Flower Handsome Man System with Lin Su. Upon returning from her trials, she was extremely satisfied—so much so that she insisted on going back to the mortal realm with the Big Company CEO, claiming that she hadn’t yet purified herself.
The truth was that she had heard about Lin Su’s newly launched Heartbreaker System and wanted to try it out. Now that she had returned from her tribulation with the Heartbreaker System, it seemed she was here to thank Lin Su.
However, after entering and acting mysteriously, Peony Fairy circled around the shop before finally pulling Lin Su aside to a secluded spot. "Lin Su, I just saw Qi Meng—the heiress of Beihai Corporation."
Lin Su pointed at a pile of jewelry on the table. "She came to order a system."
Peony Fairy let out a sigh of relief. "So that's it."
"Lin Su, listen to me; you should keep your distance from her. She’s really scary."
Lin Su nodded, thinking that Peony Fairy was referring to Qi Meng's arrogance and domineering nature. It wasn’t until Data Ghost rushed in to tell Lin Su that Night Shadow hadn’t appeared for three days that she realized something was off.
Qi Meng had not been seen for several days.
Lin Su thought she must have gone to the Large Corporation to complain again. In the past, her complaints would only take a few hours, but this time it seemed she had been gone longer. Suddenly, Lin Su recalled what Peony Fairy had said about Qi Meng being terrifying; it wasn't just her arrogance that was frightening—it was something truly dreadful.
Qi Meng, Night Shadow, Large Corporation, the system. All the overlooked details magnified in Lin Su's mind, forming a complete picture.
Lin Su pulled up the True Love System that Qi Meng had chosen, wanting to see if she had entered the system early. Indeed, the system was running.
Lin Su let out a sigh of relief.
In the Mystic Light Mirror, Qi Meng appeared shy as she was held in Night Shadow's embrace. To differentiate them easily, Lin Su had made slight adjustments to Night Shadow's height, voice, and personality. Even if it was fake, Lin Su didn't want anyone else sharing Night Shadow with her.
Just as she was about to put away the Mystic Light Mirror, Lin Su felt something was off about the Qi Meng in the mirror. While she was staring intently, Data Ghost burst through the door and called out to Lin Su.
"Lin Su, have you seen that maid from Beihai Corporation? She promised to give me a Seven-Colored Data Chip."
That’s right; Qi Meng was missing, and so was her maid.
Lin Su looked again at the 'Qi Meng' on the screen; it was indeed fake. She must have used forbidden techniques; otherwise, someone else entering the system would surely be detected by the Mystic Light Mirror.
Now that she looked closer, this 'Qi Meng' was clearly not arrogant or domineering—she seemed timid and withdrawn.
Lin Su paused the system and cast a spell to summon back this maid while also binding Data Ghost.
The maid of Qi Meng looked at Lin Su in terror, perhaps not expecting to be discovered so quickly. Or maybe she couldn’t believe that this strange figure who others described as neither human nor ghost could wield magic.
Lin Su not only knew magic but also many forbidden techniques. Having been weak since childhood and unable to cultivate martial skills or wield weapons, she had devoted herself to mastering spells. Now that her system had been stolen along with her beloved, Lin Su glanced at the two individuals on the ground, feeling a sense of panic and uncertainty about how far things had spiraled out of control.

Lin Su removed her hairpin, letting its purple wood emit a shimmering glow at her fingertips.
Data Ghost had seen enough of the world to recognize the power of this hairpin. The expression of someone who had just tried to feign innocence turned pale instantly.
Of course, being an unwilling spirit who did not want to be reincarnated meant her complexion was already ghostly white.
Data Ghost frantically pointed at maid Xi Yu. "She lied to me!"
"The girl said that the Beihai Corporation ordered her to persuade Qi Meng to go back, so she came to ask me about your daily life with Night Shadow, claiming it would help the princess give up hope."

Lin Su shot her a cold glance, which made her stop crying and look towards Xi Yu, following Lin Su's gaze.
Xi Yu was as timid as ever, appearing completely clueless.
After a moment of thought, Lin Su asked her, "Who did your princess meet at the Large Corporation?"
To Lin Su's surprise, Xi Yu revealed everything she knew.
In the end, she even begged Lin Su to beat her up or throw her back to Beihai.

Lin Su understood why she wanted to exchange the Seven-Colored Data Chip for a Customized System from Lin Su.
