Recently, Long Shaotang had suffered quite a bit from Xiao Lin’s reprimands and wisely chose to remain silent. Ye Ya didn’t want to see him anymore; this jerk was simply unbearable.
After leaving the detention center, Xiao Lin looked at her. “Xiao Ya, don’t worry. I’ll make sure to take care of Long Shaotang and get revenge for you.”
“Forget it. I don’t want to see him again. At least he didn’t lay a hand on me in the end; otherwise, I really wouldn’t know how to face Lu Tianyang.” She recalled that man who had yelled at her before walking away.
Lu Tianyang had not been gone long when he worried that the woman might be overthinking things, so he drove back. However, upon returning home, he found the place empty.
