The Celestial Master noticed some displeasure in dragon father's eyes and followed her gaze to me. He understood. 0

The Celestial Master lifted me from the ground and set me aside. He began to arrange a formation within the palace, using spirit stones, talismans, and the power of the stars. He worked diligently for a long time before finally completing the formation. 0

The Celestial Master said, "Dragon King, these snakes are after your son. Let your daughter take care of him for the night; it will also help me test whether the formation works." 0

"I'll come to take her away tomorrow," he added. dragon father nodded in agreement. 0

That night, my brother and I slept on the couch. Suddenly, I felt a sense of safety enveloping me as I stroked his face, and he smiled at me. His smile was truly beautiful, his eyes crescent-shaped like a moon. 0

I cherished this feeling so much that it made me want to cry. I touched my brother's face and said, "Brother, if only you could talk." 0

In the middle of the night, I was awakened by a terrible scream. Through the window, I saw many snakes slithering into dragon father's room. However, it wasn't long before I fell back asleep on the couch. 0

The next morning, I saw those snakes again; they were gathered at the door of dragon father's room. But soon after, the Celestial Master suddenly pushed open the door and said, "If you want to live, come with me." 0

I curled up in the corner, too frightened to look at him. He reassured me, "Don't be afraid; I won't harm you." 0

I still didn't dare to look up. 0
He said, "Child, I am not an old dragon; I won't mistreat you." 0
I looked up at him and asked, "You really won't hit me?" 0
He smiled and then reached out to pull me up. 0
He asked me, "What’s going on with the Snake Scales on your neck?" 0
I replied, "I don’t know; this thing just suddenly grew on me." 0
He touched my scales and said with a smile, "Don't be afraid; I will help you." 0
I nodded. 0
The master asked me to sit on the mat, and then he began his ritual. 0
He took out a talisman and placed it on my forehead. 0
He chanted a few incantations, and the talisman began to glow. 0
Then he started to recite the spell; he spoke slowly, but with each line, I felt more discomfort in my body. 0
He began to chant faster, and my body started to tremble. 0
I felt something inside me trying to break free; it wanted to burst through my skin. 0
I began to roll on the ground, crying out in pain. 0
Suddenly, the master stopped chanting and shouted "Out!" 0
The scales on my body fell away, writhing on the ground as if they were alive. 0
The master said, "Don't be afraid; this is all Snake Blood; they have left your body." 0
I looked at the Snake Blood on the ground in disbelief. 0
The master continued, "This Snake Blood has been sealed within your body for a long time; now it has finally been forced out by me." 0
He added, "This Snake Blood was meant to be absorbed by your brother, but you accidentally absorbed it instead." 0
I asked the master, "What is Snake Blood?" 0
The master explained, "Snake Blood is the soul of a snake; they are different from ordinary snakes as they can control the behavior of any living being." 0

I finally understood the truth about the scales on my body. 0

The Master said, "These Snake Blood must have been deliberately placed on you. They can control your mind and turn you into a slave of the spellcaster." 0

I nodded in acknowledgment. 0

The Master took me with him. He taught me the path of cultivation, how to circulate my energy and focus my spirit, how to eat fresh food, provided me with new clothes, and let me sleep in a large bed. I felt as if I were truly alive. 0

The Master said, "From now on, you will call me Master. Remember, once a teacher, always a father." 0

I nodded again. 0

He warned, "Do not learn any improper paths." 0

I listened earnestly to his teachings. 0

Every day was busy for me, busy with helping others and busy with my cultivation. The Master gave me a very bitter medicine to drink, saying that it would help me shed the Snake Scales on my body. As long as I could remove the Snake Scales, I could hide my secret and no longer fear being discovered by others. 0

For this purpose, I endured the bitterness of the medicine every day. The newly grown scales began to fall off again. 0

The Master instructed, "Collect all the scales and give them to me. I will use them in medicine to heal others; they cannot go to waste." 0

I nodded and handed him the cleaned scales. 0

Under the Master's care, my life improved significantly. During these moments, I often asked myself in my heart, "Is this a dream?" If it is a dream, I hope I never wake up. 0
