Chen Rui fell silent for a moment, quickly analyzing the information in his mind. If this old man controlled such a vast force, then nearly all actions within the Special Zone were under his control. It would not be easy for Chen Rui to survive here, let alone challenge this person. 0

"I still need a name," Chen Rui said, raising his eyes with a sharp gaze. "Who can help me establish myself here?" 0

The Duckbill Hat Man showed a hint of surprise but quickly returned to his indifferent demeanor. "There is someone named Aileen. She is the top hacker here and can get you any information you need, as long as you can pay the price." 0

"How do I find her?" Chen Rui asked. 0

The Duckbill Hat Man chuckled coldly and said meaningfully, "Find her? You just need to cause enough trouble, and she will naturally find you." 0

As soon as he finished speaking, a commotion suddenly erupted at the entrance of the tavern. Chen Rui instinctively turned around and saw several men in black pushing through the door, their fierce eyes scanning the surroundings, clearly searching for someone. The Duckbill Hat Man discreetly wiped the smile off his face and whispered, "Looks like your opportunity has come, new friend." 0

Chen Rui smirked coldly, placing his hand on the hilt of his knife as he stood up. He understood that this so-called old man had sent people to test him. 0

The men in black approached, coldly staring at Chen Rui. The leading man spoke sharply, "Newcomer, you have quite a bit of nerve to cause trouble in the Special Zone." 0

Chen Rui raised an eyebrow, his tone dripping with disdain. "Trouble? I just want to find someone who can give me some peace." 0

As soon as he finished speaking, the leading man let out a cold laugh and drew his blade from his waist. The blade gleamed ominously as it lunged toward Chen Rui. Unfazed, Chen Rui stepped back to evade the edge of the blade and swiftly sidestepped, gripping the man's wrist and twisting his arm violently. 0

"You think you can teach me a lesson in this Special Zone? You’re not qualified," Chen Rui sneered, driving his knee hard into the man's abdomen. Accompanied by the man's pained groan, Chen Rui forcefully threw him aside. 0

Seeing Chen Rui defeat their companion so easily, the other men in black exchanged glances, clearly feeling intimidated. Just as they hesitated, a cool female voice rang out from the tavern entrance: "Looks like you're the new troublemaker." 0

Chen Rui turned to see a slender woman standing at the door, dressed in black leather with short hair and delicate features that bore a hint of coldness. 0

"Aileen?" he asked tentatively. 0

The woman raised an eyebrow and smirked coldly. "That's right; I am Aileen, the one you're looking for. However, regarding our collaboration, you'll need to prove that you can survive first." 0

With that, she turned and left the tavern. Chen Rui glanced at the men in black; they had clearly lost their fighting spirit and hurriedly dispersed. 0

Chen Rui smiled slightly as he stepped out of the tavern. It seemed that in the Tenth District, he had just made his first acquaintance—though it was a dangerous and complex ally. 0
