"Do you remember what Sang Yu looked like?" 0

Everyone exchanged glances, searching each other's eyes for an answer, but it seemed they couldn't recall Sang Yu's appearance at all. It might sound unbelievable, but it wasn't that they had forgotten; rather, they had never truly seen her clearly. It was a bit absurd, but that was the truth! 0

In fact, they were somewhat wronged. It wasn't their fault; the way Sang Yu presented herself made it difficult to see her features. Liu Hai's hair practically covered her eyes, and her short hair nearly obscured half of her face. She wore large glasses and walked with her head down every day. 0

They dared to say that very few in their class actually knew what Sang Yu truly looked like. 0

Sang Yu herself never considered herself beautiful. She felt the same way back then as she did now. Although Lin Yue often praised her looks, she believed that as friends, Lin Yue's compliments were tinted with affection. She merely thought she wasn't unattractive. 0

After a moment of silence, someone finally broke the quiet. "Oh, it's Sang Yu! It's been so long since we last saw you. We didn't even recognize you! We haven't seen each other since graduation, right?" 0

"Yes, Sang Yu! If Lin Yue hadn't said anything, we wouldn't have recognized you. You look so beautiful now!" 0

"Absolutely! Sang Yu, you're really stunning now! If I ran into you on the street, I would definitely not recognize you." 0

"It's been years since we last met, Sang Yu. What are you up to these days?" 0

"I'm teaching at a primary school," Sang Yu replied with a smile. 0

"Teaching? That's great! Teachers get vacations, and being a female teacher suits you perfectly." 0

"Yeah, being a female teacher is really nice." 0

"You never came to any of our class reunions before. You must come this year!" He was sure that the others would react similarly. 0

Sang Yu simply smiled and remained silent; she had never considered attending a class reunion since she only felt close to Lin Yue. 0

Lu Jingzhi listened to everyone chatting with Sang Yu. For some reason, he felt extremely displeased. "Alright, let's go; we shouldn't disturb others while they're eating." With that, he turned and strode toward the private room. Seeing Lu Jingzhi's angry back, everyone felt puzzled and wondered why he was upset—after all, he was the one who had broken up with someone. 0

The woman who had spoken earlier hurried after Lu Jingzhi while everyone exchanged confused glances. What was going on? 0

"Oh dear, we won't disturb your meal any longer. Lin Yue, Sang Yu, let's catch up another time. We'll be on our way now." 0

"Yes, yes! We'll chat another time." 0

Sang Yu lowered her gaze to hide her emotions, making it hard for anyone to discern what she was thinking. 0

"Right! It's getting late; you all should hurry and eat. We're in the same city anyway; we can meet up another day." Lin Yue was eager for this group to leave. 0

"Okay then, we'll take our leave." No one mentioned eating together again; they chuckled awkwardly—eating? Maybe not after all. 0

The group finally left, and Lin Yue let out a sigh of relief. "Phew, they're finally gone!" 0

Sang Yu looked at Lin Yue and chuckled, "Is it really that dramatic?" 0

Lin Yue shot her a glare. Who was she worrying for? Such an ungrateful friend! Remembering how things had just been, she couldn't help but mutter under her breath, "Did Lu Jingzhi throw a tantrum? Who was he trying to impress?" 0

Sang Yu calmly sat down and continued eating as if she was completely unaffected. Lin Yue cautiously glanced at Sang Yu and asked, "Sang Sang, are you okay?" 0

Sang Yu smiled and suppressed her thoughts, saying, "Yue Yue, don’t worry! I’m really fine. Besides, it’s been so many years; we have to look forward, right? 0

Come on, eat up! You finally get to enjoy hot pot today; we have to finish everything. We can’t waste it." With that, she piled Lin Yue's plate high with food. 0

Lin Yue stared at her seemingly unfazed friend, unsure if she was being truthful. After all, Sang Yu had been deeply attached to Lu Jingzhi back then. 0

After a moment of hesitation, Sang Yu continued, "Actually, we ran into each other not long ago." 0

"What?!" This revelation shocked Lin Yue. As far as she knew, Lu Jingzhi had only just returned not long ago. 0

They ran into each other? What happened? Where did they meet? 0
