Lu Jingzhi held one hand on the leash of a dog while the other held Sang Yu's hand as they strolled through the estate. 0

It was likely the weekend, as the estate was bustling with people, and children occasionally dashed by, laughing and playing. Sang Yu looked around curiously along the path; she had never been to a place like this before. Although it was winter and the trees were bare with no flowers in bloom, she could still see that the layout of the estate was quite nice. She imagined it must be beautiful in spring. 0

Though her family was not poor, they were only middle-class, and her parents had never taken her to such luxurious places. 0

"Have you ever been to a place like this before?" Lu Jingzhi asked, watching his girlfriend's little head bobbing back and forth as they walked. 0

Sang Yu shook her head. "No, who from a family like ours would come here for no reason?" 0

Lu Jingzhi chuckled at her response. "What kind of place do you think this is? It's not as expensive as you imagine. Ordinary people can afford it too. There are plenty of entertainment facilities here; it's nice to hang out with friends on weekends. And if you have time, you can bring your parents here for a hot spring visit." 0

"Really?" Sang Yu asked, intrigued. 0

"Yeah, look at all these people; many are just regular office workers," he replied. He had a general understanding of her family background and knew that both her parents were university professors. Visiting a few times a year would definitely be within their means. 0

Sang Yu glanced around, realizing she wasn't very good at discerning who was wealthy and who wasn't. Besides, many rich people tended to be low-key these days. "I thought only rich people came here," she said softly. 0

Lu Jingzhi laughed at her naivety. "There aren't that many rich people around here. This estate is quite large; it's not just the wealthy who come here—ordinary folks are also their customers." He paused for a moment before adding, "Let’s check into the hotel first, and when we have time, I’ll take you around properly." 0

After holding Sang Yu's hand for a while longer, they finally reached their accommodation. The lobby had staff ready to assist them; Lu Jingzhi's friend had already briefed the personnel on their arrival. He went straight to the front desk to collect their room key and then led Sang Yu to their room. 0

Standing at the door of their room, Sang Yu turned to Lu Jingzhi and said, "You don’t need to worry about me; I can manage on my own. Just put your things away." She had packed lightly, bringing only some clothes and towels. 0

Lu Jingzhi raised an eyebrow at her words. "Is that how you want it? Too bad; I only booked one room. It looks like we’ll have to share tonight." 0

Sang Yu froze at his words. "Share a room?! How can we do that? We’ve only just started dating! Isn’t that too fast?" She had never considered that they would be staying together during this trip. 0

"No! Absolutely not! You need to book another room!" she insisted firmly once she regained her composure. 0
