"You have to understand, Liu Ting's attitude towards Xing might be different from what you imagine," A Le said seriously. "She may just be helping Xing out of sympathy or a sense of responsibility."
"Right, we need to find the qualities that Liu Ting truly appreciates," the chubby guy nodded in agreement. "What do you have that Xing doesn't?"
Ling Yu pondered for a moment before slowly replying, "I might not be as outgoing and bold as Xing. I've always been sincere and hardworking. I'm willing to do anything for her."
"Exactly!" A Fei clapped his hands. "Sincerity and hard work can touch people's hearts. We need a plan to make sure Liu Ting sees these qualities in you." The four of them focused intently on discussing, each offering their ideas to find a way to highlight Ling Yu's strengths.
"We could organize an outdoor hiking event and invite Liu Ting along. That way, Ling Yu can showcase his leadership and teamwork skills during the activity," the chubby guy suggested.
"Or we could set up a volunteer activity, like picking up trash in the park or planting trees," A Le proposed. "This way, Liu Ting can see Ling Yu's enthusiasm and contributions to the community."
"I have an idea!" A Fei exclaimed excitedly. "We could hold a talent show where Ling Yu plays guitar for everyone. That way, Liu Ting can see Ling Yu's musical talent and passion for music."
"By the way, Ling Yu, aren't you a photography expert?" the chubby guy suddenly remembered. "We could organize a photography exhibition at school to showcase your work. This way, Liu Ting can appreciate your creativity and pursuit of beauty."
"And," A Le continued, "we could use the Campus Radio Station to let Ling Yu share some of his insights or book reviews. This way, Liu Ting can understand Ling Yu from another perspective."
Finally, A Fei summarized, "We need to create more opportunities for Ling Yu and Liu Ting to interact freely. For example, we could organize themed discussion sessions where they can engage with each other, allowing them to get to know one another better."
"Then it's settled!" The four of them agreed in unison. In the following days, they busily planned one event after another for Ling Yu. Finally, during an environmental discussion meeting, Ling Yu had a deep conversation with Liu Ting.
Liu Ting gradually discovered that Ling Yu's sincerity and hard work were not superficial; they ran deep within him.
