In the inn, the moonlight was hazy, shining through the half-opened window onto the faces of An Lushan and Li Bai. They sat facing each other, their expressions calm but with a sharp glint in their eyes. After a deep conversation the previous night, they were more determined to expose the corruption within the court and seek benefits for the people.
"Brother Taibai, today we must be careful in our actions," An Lushan said softly, gently caressing the teacup in his hand.
Li Bai nodded, his gaze intense. " brother An, rest assured, I have a plan. Although those powerful statesmen have great influence, they are not invincible. As long as we seize the right opportunity and cleverly leverage our strength, we can surely defeat them in one fell swoop."

It turns out that the clue mentioned in the letter is about an envoy who is about to arrive in the capital. "Your Majesty! I have urgent matters to report!" the official exclaimed loudly.
The emperor nodded slightly, signaling for him to rise and speak. The official stood up, presented the evidence one by one, and detailed the crimes of the powerful statesman colluding with foreign enemies.
The emperor, furious upon hearing this, immediately ordered a thorough investigation of the matter. After a series of inquiries and evidence gathering, the crimes of the powerful statesmen were finally fully exposed. In his great anger, the emperor dismissed and punished all those powerful statesmen, exiling them to the borderlands as a deterrent. The foreign enemies who colluded with them also received appropriate punishment.

However, An Lushan and Li Bai were not satisfied. They knew that corruption and darkness still existed within the court and needed their continued efforts to expose and eliminate. "TaibaiBrother, although we have achieved a victory today, the road ahead is still long," An Lushan said, gazing at the bright moonlight outside the window with emotion.
