Yu Chan picked an auspicious day and called Wu Yunyun over.
In recent days, Wu Yunyun had been training at a coffee shop and was gradually getting used to the flow of things. She hadn’t been in touch with Gu Si Yi, but occasionally saw him on social media, where he was referred to as the most handsome male teacher. She also came across news about Meng Yue; the production team had issued a notice informing netizens that she had also withdrawn from the show. During her free time, she watched the latest episode, only to find that all segments featuring her and Gu Si Yi had been completely cut out, as if they had never participated in the program at all.
After finishing work, Wu Yunyun took a moment to apply light makeup before heading out. Yu Chan had chosen a well-known bar in Teikyo and sent her the location of their private room. Upon arriving, Wu Yunyun discovered a closed space filled with about seven handsome guys, with Yu Chan sitting right in the center. When she saw Wu Yunyun arrive, she waved at her.
The temperature in the room was quite high, so Wu Yunyun took off her coat and sat down next to Yu Chan. To her left sat Qu Shanbin, who looked even more handsome in person than on television. Qu Shanbin extended his right hand towards Wu Yunyun and said, "Hello, Yun Jie, I’m Xiao Shan."
"Hello." Wu Yunyun reached out her hand and lightly touched his fingers.
Qu Shanbin observed Wu Yunyun closely; she wore a white shirt paired with jeans, showcasing her great figure. Her most captivating feature was undoubtedly her pair of eyes, which radiated purity just by looking at them. After taking a sip of his drink, Qu Shanbin thought to himself that if it weren’t for his boss's requirements, he would definitely pursue her. For now, his career was more important; once he became successful, he could have any woman he wanted.
With that thought in mind, Qu Shanbin smiled even more warmly at Wu Yunyun. He poured her a glass of wine and said, "Sister, I toast to you."
Wu Yunyun accepted the glass with both hands and took a gentle sip.
Seeing this, Yu Chan nudged Wu Yunyun playfully. "Yun Yun, don’t overthink it; it’s not every day you see such a handsome guy."
"True," Wu Yunyun replied before downing the glass of wine. She exhaled softly; it tasted quite good.
Yu Chan watched the two chat for a while and felt reassured enough to join other guys for some fun.
Having been in her circle for a long time, she yearned for intimacy but was hesitant to give her heart so easily. Unlike Wu Yunyun, that silly girl, who still seemed to hold onto fantasies of true love.
"Brother, how old are you?" Wu Yunyun asked, slightly tipsy, as she looked at Qu Shanbin, her vision a bit blurry.
"I'm just ten."
"Only ten? So young!" She held up her fingers, counting one by one until she finally stopped.
Qu Shanbin couldn't help but chuckle at her antics and whispered, "Sister, you're drunk."
Wu Yunyun slapped her cheeks lightly and leaned closer to him. "Am I drunk? Haha, not really. But your dimples... why do they seem deeper than before?"
"What about this?" Qu Shanbin took her hand and guided it to poke his dimple.
Startled, Wu Yunyun slowly withdrew her hand and grabbed a glass from the table, pouring herself another drink.
Her mind grew increasingly foggy as she tried to find Yu Chan. But when she turned around, she realized Yu Chan had vanished without a trace.
