Yan Qing sighed inwardly. 0

He was feeling inspired, bursting with creativity, and if only he had paper and a pen at hand, he could easily compose a masterpiece. Outside was unlike the restaurant; the weather was erratic. One moment the sun was beating down, making people sweat, and the next, a cold wind would blow in, ushering in the night. 0

Everyone huddled together, either cuddling for warmth or sitting close to one another. Yan Qing sat alone against an elm tree, feeling somewhat out of place. 0

It was Qi Qiuluo who noticed him and called him over. 0

"What’s wrong? Did you have a fight?" Qi Qiuluo asked upon seeing Yan Qing talking with Tan Ming under the elm tree, only to watch Tan Ming return alone while Yan Qing remained seated. 0

"No, it’s not that," Yan Qing replied. 0

Qi Qiuluo patted him on the shoulder with a serious expression. "It’s like this for everyone; you’ll get used to it over time." 0

Yan Qing felt a bit confused. 0

Qi Qiuluo leaned against him, their combined warmth driving away the chill that clung to Yan Qing. 0

A gust of cold wind swept through the night, ruffling Yan Qing's hair. He heard several people shivering and instinctively wrapped his clothes tighter around himself. Looking back, he saw Tan Ming sitting alone, isolated and still wearing a summer coat. 0

Tan Ming exuded an aura that seemed to repel others; a heavy chill radiated from him, making no one dare approach. 0

Doesn’t he feel cold? Yan Qing wondered. 0

Shouldn’t this be considered a fight? After all, he had never witnessed such a drawn-out argument before. 0

He stood up and nudged Qi Qiuluo toward another student nearby before sitting down next to Tan Ming. "You ask questions; I’ll figure things out." 0

Tan Ming looked at him, his gaze sharp. 0

"Turtle," Yan Qing said. 0

"Huh?" 0

That was an unexpected answer. 0

Yan Qing shrugged dismissively. "You’re like a turtle who never reaches the finish line—slow and dragging! What else could you be?" 0

Tan Ming let out a self-deprecating smile. 0

Yan Qing wrapped his arms around him, resting his head on his shoulder. "Aren't you cold? You're dressed so lightly." 0

He touched Tan Ming's hand, which felt cool to the touch. Yan Qing, with a hint of disdain, enclosed Tan Ming's hand in his own to warm it up. 0

Tan Ming rested his chin in the warm nook of Yan Qing's neck, closing his eyes to absorb this hard-won warmth. His breath brushed against Yan Qing's neck, causing a slight tickle and an awkward sensation. But when he looked up, he found that Tan Ming had already fallen asleep. 0

He let out a quiet sigh. 0

The night lasted only three hours; dawn was approaching. 0

As the sun rose, everyone gradually woke up. Yan Qing opened his eyes and realized he was entwined around Tan Ming like a vine, both of them lying on the grass. He held on tightly, but only he was restless; Tan Ming slept soundly. 0

He got up and stretched lazily. 0

Once he was awake, Tan Ming stirred as well, sitting up and rubbing his temples with his fingers. 0

Jiang Jie and Shen Jianghuan were together. After they woke up, Jiang Jie's Red Card fell out of her pants pocket since it was rather shallow. 0

"Should I pick it up for you?" Shen Jianghuan asked. 0

Jiang Jie, still a bit dazed from sleep, nodded. 0

Shen Jianghuan picked up the Red Card and handed it to Jiang Jie. As she flipped it over to the front, her expression changed dramatically. "Why doesn't your Red Card have a number?" 0

Her words drew everyone's attention as they turned to look at them. 0

"Huh?" Jiang Jie asked in confusion. 0
