The September sun blazed fiercely, and the air was thick with heat and the unique excitement of new beginnings. Mu Yunze dragged his suitcase, struggling to navigate through the bustling crowd, beads of sweat forming on his forehead. He felt out of place in such a lively scene, his gaze darting around like a fawn lost in the woods. 0

Finally, he found his dormitory—a four-person room where two boys were already making their beds. One was tall and thin, wearing glasses, fussing with his hair in front of a mirror; the other was stocky, grunting as he assembled a wardrobe. 0

"Hello, I'm Mu Yunze," he greeted shyly, his voice barely audible over the surrounding noise. 0

"Hey, a newcomer! I'm Li Haoyu, and this is Zhao Qing," the tall boy replied enthusiastically, sizing up Mu Yunze. "You seem pretty refined; we're going to be brothers from now on!" 0

During the afternoon orientation ceremony, Mu Yunze sat in the back row, bored as he listened to the principal's speech. His thoughts drifted far away, imagining the joys of university life, especially love. 0

Suddenly, a figure caught his eye. A girl arrived late, searching for a seat in the aisle. She had cascading long hair, delicate features, and fair skin; every smile and frown radiated captivating charm. Mu Yunze felt his heart race and his breathing quicken. 0

"Excuse me, is this seat taken?" her sweet voice chimed in his ear like music. 0

Mu Yunze snapped back to reality, his face turning crimson as he stammered, "N-no." 0

The girl smiled brightly and sat down beside him. A faint fragrance wafted into Mu Yunze's nostrils, making him even more flustered. 0

"I'm Class Flower," she introduced herself. 0

"I-I’m Mu Yunze," he finally managed to say, his voice barely above a whisper. 0

Class Flower smiled again without noticing his embarrassment. She opened her notebook and began taking notes diligently. Mu Yunze stole a glance at her profile and found her even more enchanting—like a fairy stepped out of a painting. 0

In the following days, Mu Yunze couldn't help but keep an eye on Class Flower. He discovered her name was Lin Shu Yao and that she was also a top student with many admirers. He steeled himself to approach her. 0

In calculus class, the professor filled the blackboard with dense formulas that looked like hieroglyphics to Mu Yunze, leaving him dizzy. He glanced around at his classmates; most wore frowns that suggested deep frustration. Only Class Flower rested her chin elegantly on her hand, her eyes fixed intently on the board as she occasionally jotted down notes as if those complex formulas were child's play to her. 0

Suddenly, the professor paused, adjusted his glasses, surveyed the classroom, and asked, "Which student would like to solve this problem?" 0

Silence fell over the room; no one dared to raise their hand. Mu Yunze wished he could sink into his desk to avoid being called upon. 0

"Class Flower, why don't you give it a try?" The professor pointed directly at her. 0

Mu Yunze's heart skipped a beat; he nervously watched Class Flower as if he were the one being called upon. 0

Class Flower stood gracefully and walked to the blackboard. Without hesitation, she picked up a piece of chalk and fluidly wrote out the steps to solve the problem. Her handwriting was elegant and neat—just like her—radiating a unique charm. 0

Watching her effortlessly command the blackboard filled Mu Yunze with admiration. Not only was this academic goddess beautiful; she was incredibly smart too! He felt as if he were under a spell, deeply captivated by Class Flower. 0
