One evening, the phone rang again. 0

"Mu Yunze, I have good news for you!" Han Jincheng's voice was filled with mystery. "My parents are going to Europe for vacation!" 0

"Oh? Congratulations! You finally get some freedom for a while," Mu Yunze replied. 0

"Not just that," Han Jincheng said, her tone brimming with excitement. "I’ll be the only one at home! Guess what?" 0

Mu Yunze had a faint idea of what was coming but played along. "What is it?" 0

"I bought a train ticket to your place for tomorrow!" Han Jincheng announced excitedly. "I’m going to stay at your house for a week!" 0

Mu Yunze suddenly felt a wave of anxiety wash over him. His family was not well-off, and their living space was small and shabby. How could he possibly host Han Jincheng? 0

"Uh...," Mu Yunze stammered, trying to refuse. 0

"It’s settled then! I’ll arrive tomorrow at noon!" Han Jincheng continued without giving him a chance to decline. "We can go watch movies, visit the amusement park, and eat delicious food! Just thinking about it makes me happy!" 0

Mu Yunze wanted to say something more, but Han Jincheng had already started enthusiastically planning their activities. 0

"What do you have to eat at home? I want to try your cooking!" Han Jincheng's voice was full of anticipation. 0

Mu Yunze felt even more troubled; he only knew how to make simple home-cooked dishes. How could he satisfy the tastes of someone like Han Jincheng? 0

"We'll figure it out when the time comes," Mu Yunze replied weakly. 0

"It’s settled then! I’ll see you tomorrow! No backing out!" After saying this, Han Jincheng hung up the phone. 0

Holding the phone, Mu Yunze sat in a daze on his chair. He had hesitated to refuse, but Han Jincheng had already started planning their time together with enthusiasm. 0

The next morning, a series of urgent knocks broke the tranquility of the small courtyard. Mu Yunze opened the door and saw Han Jincheng whirl in like a whirlwind, her face beaming with a bright smile. 0

"I’m here!" she announced cheerfully, her voice as clear as a silver bell. She wore a lovely yellow dress that swayed gently around her calves, resembling a butterfly dancing in the air. 0

The dress was adorned with delicate lace trim that accentuated her youthful and vibrant aura. She dragged along a silver suitcase that sparkled in the sunlight, clearly expensive. 0

This outfit stood in stark contrast to Mu Yunze's modest brick house, making her seem like an otherworldly fairy who had accidentally wandered into the mundane world. 0

Hearing the commotion, Mu Yunze's mother also came out from inside the house. Upon seeing Han Jincheng, both parents felt somewhat reserved but wore warm smiles. 0

"Welcome, welcome! You must be Jincheng! Come in and sit down," Mu Yunze's mother greeted enthusiastically while taking Han Jincheng's suitcase. 0
