The Jade Rabbit from Chang'e's household has made Xiao Tian Quan from Erlang Shen's family pregnant!
The celestial beings in the Heavenly Court, lonely for thousands of years, have erupted into a gossip frenzy like never before.
This matter has spread like wildfire, with some well-meaning folks even suggesting that the Jade Rabbit should take responsibility for Xiao Tian Quan. Meanwhile, Yue Lao, spurred on by these busybodies, is preparing to tie the knot; on the other hand, Erlang Zhen Jun's Mansion is in chaos.
A Xiao trembles as she stares at the empty food box, not a crumb left inside. A fluffy white tail pokes out from behind her: "You useless fool! You snuck off and ate all the carrot snacks again!"
The accused boy blinks his sparkling three eyes and licks his lips, still savoring the taste. "I just wanted to help you try them," he replies innocently.
Fuming, A Xiao throws the food box at him, but it vanishes mid-air. "You better go die!"
Realizing he was in the wrong, the boy chuckles nervously. "How about you make some more? We can eat together!"
Without her weapon, A Xiao lunges at him, pinning him down and biting him hard. "I am Xiao Tian Quan! I should be eating meat! Do you understand?"
Having such a foolish master who treats her like a pet rabbit has made her sick at the sight of carrots.
The boy chuckles again. "But carrots are really delicious."
A Xiao responds with a punch aimed at his handsome face. "No matter how many carrots you eat, you won't turn into a rabbit! Do you get it?"
The young boy covered his dark circles and said pitifully, "But I still like eating carrots." A Xiao ground her teeth at him.
Pouting, he continued, "A Xiao, you have to understand, the Jade Rabbit actually doesn't like eating carrots, so I suspect he isn't a rabbit. But I really like eating carrots, so I suspect that I must be the rabbit."
"So what?" A Xiao was left bewildered by his nonsensical words and took a while to respond.
Unexpectedly, the boy flipped over and pinned A Xiao beneath him. He planted a fierce kiss on her cheek, laughing with his eyes sparkling, "So you should just get rid of his child and wait until I turn into a rabbit to have kids with me."
In response, A Xiao delivered another punch: "You delusional Erlang Shen who wants to turn into a rabbit, go die!"

Yue Lao leaned closer to her, skeptical. "Xiao Tian Quan, don't be shy. Just say it, and we'll all help you."
A Xiao sighed deeply, resting her forehead on her hand. "Is it that you've accumulated so many red threads lately that you have no place to use them?"
Yue Lao chuckled awkwardly. "Recently, the fairy selling red threads has been running a promotion—buy one, get one free. So, I bought a few extra."
Erlang Shen suddenly appeared from nowhere, squeezing between them. "Yue Lao, why don't you tie one for me and A Xiao?"
Yue Lao stroked his long white beard and replied, "Celestial beasts are different. Remember when Tai Shang Lao Jun fell in love with his mount, Little Cow? In the end, he had to part with it due to heavenly regulations."
