They rolled from the bath onto the bed; the first half of the night was restless, and by the second half of the night, they were both exhausted. Only then did He Yu finally relent. He had Zhao Hezhong bring in hot water so that he and Xiao Yao could wash themselves off quickly. After lying back down, he gave the exhausted Xiao Yao a gentle kiss and softly said, "Sleep now."
