In a simple thatched cottage in Shunnnichi Town, a young girl nervously gazes at the raging blizzard outside the window.
She tightly grips a beautiful jade hairpin, a gift from her mother, the Ice Frost Fairy, and an important symbol of her status as a member of the Yukionna tribe.
"If it weren't for this, she might have just lost her life at the hands of her mother."
"Mom, what's really going on?" The girl wiped away her tears with one hand and silently questioned in her heart. Her gaze passed through the gap in the curtains, staring at the scene of raging wind and snow outside the window.
Outside the window, snowflakes are falling gently, each one resembling an angel's tear. But this beautiful scene cannot conceal a deep shadow, brought by her mother, the leader of the Yukionna clan - Ice Frost Fairy.
Upon closer inspection, one would notice that her other hand is injured, and there is blood flowing from the corner of her mouth.
“Why do you want to kill so many innocent people and creatures?”
You looked at the snowy scene outside the window, filled with despair. But at that moment, she suddenly saw a group of people flying in the sky. Those people exuded powerful spiritual energy, including demons and humans.

You decided to seek out these people, hoping they could help her resolve everything.
After briefly cleaning the wound with ice and snow, she stood up, put the jade hairpin back into her hair, and then followed the group of people into the city.
At this moment, Kagome tightly held onto her cloak, continuously sneezing, with a hint of displeasure on her face. "It was summer weather in the last village, but how did it suddenly turn into a snowstorm as soon as we arrived here?"
Bosaku Sei furrowed his brow, looking somewhat uneasy. "The atmosphere here doesn't feel right. We should ask the local residents."
As they walked, Shunnnichi Town gradually revealed its eerie side.

Walking into the town, the residents' expressions were equally dim, devoid of smiles. Bosaku Sei and Kagome walked up to a small shop, where the shopkeeper, an elderly man, sat wearily behind the counter.
Bosaku Sei politely asked, "Sir, may I ask why the situation here is like this?"
The old man looked up at them and sighed, "Our Shunnnichi Town used to have spring-like weather all year round. But since a year ago, for some reason, it has been snowing all day long here, and I haven't seen the sun for a long time."
Kagome listened and felt even more uneasy, "What on earth is going on?"
"Some say that snow-capped mountain is a curse, rumored to be inhabited by extremely powerful monsters," the old man said in a low voice.
Bosaku Sei's brow furrowed more and more, "So, does everyone choose to endure rather than to resolve it?"
"Solution?" The old man chuckled, "In our town, there are only the elderly, weak, women, and children left. We really have no way to confront them... We have also tried to hire some Exorcist to drive away the evil, but the power of that monster is not something an ordinary person can resist."
"Huh? Why haven't we seen any younger men until now?" Bosaku Sei asked.

At first, we thought it was just a coincidence, but later, even young men from out of town disappeared, and now no one dares to pass through that snowy mountain."
Bosaku Sei and Kagome looked at each other, feeling a chill.
The old man continued, "Recently, the situation has become more serious. Even the few young men left in the city have started to disappear one by one. I see two young men among you, so you'd better be careful. Once the blizzard stops, you should leave here as soon as possible."
Bosaku Sei and Kagome suddenly realized that the old man's gaze only fell on Inuyasha and Bosaku Sei, seemingly ignoring the appearance of the seven-year-old Sesshomaru. Obviously, the old man mistook Sesshomaru for a child.
Inuyasha furrowed his brow and said, "It seems that the problems in this town are more serious than we imagined."

You looked around and, after confirming that no one else was listening, whispered, "I am a member of the Yukionna Clan and also a little demon. Because the Yukionna Clan encountered some problems, I am also trapped here. The one responsible for the darkness and the disappearances of people here is actually my mother, who is the leader of the Yukionna Clan.

Kagome asked curiously, "What does the gem look like?"
You replied, "Actually, it looks more like an irregular small stone, not as clear and transparent as a typical gem, very cloudy inside."
She continued, "It's more like a small stone than a gem. It's not perfectly round, and it always makes me feel uneasy, as if it has its own consciousness."
Just as everyone was preparing to head to the snowy mountain to solve this tricky problem, Sesshomaru suddenly pressed Tenseiga tightly against You's neck and demanded, "Why did you tell us all this? What is your purpose?"
You replied without hesitation, "I am truly a Yukionna spirit, bound here with everyone else. Before your arrival, I had already sensed your strong spiritual power. Perhaps you can help my mother return to normal."
Realizing that there was no strangeness or hesitation in You's eyes, Sesshomaru slowly retracted Tenseiga.
Kagome immediately pulled You to her side and said, "I'm really sorry, You. He really doesn't know how to cherish and treasure. Even if he did, he would only do so for one person. Please don't mind."
Sesshomaru only snorted and turned his head away without saying more.
Rin smiled slightly upon seeing this, knowing well the meaning behind Sesshomaru's actions.
"Could her mother have been possessed by Black Tiger General?" Inuyasha asked in confusion.
Kagome shook her head in response, "It shouldn't be. According to the old man, this demon arrived here a year ago, while the Black Tiger General escaped just recently, the timing doesn't match."
Bosaku Sei said to Inuyasha and Kagome, "It seems we have no other choice, we must head to that snowy mountain."
Inuyasha stood aside, holding the Tessaiga with a determined look: "No matter what, we have to go to that snowy mountain to resolve everything."
Shippo This seemingly seven-year-old little fox demon suddenly jumped out and said with a cheerful smile, "Then I want to go too, maybe I can find some fun treasures!"
"Ha, as long as you don't cause trouble." Inuyasha shrugged, but a hint of a smile appeared in his eyes.
Kagome felt a surge of determination and said to everyone, "Then let's go together. Not only for this town, but also for the people here."

And so, the group set off at the break of dawn, their destination being the mysterious and eerie snow mountain.
