As for Guo Jingjing, she had been absent-minded and distracted, perhaps still not fully recovered from the heat. Her complexion was not looking good.
While doing her English homework, she unexpectedly grabbed the Modern Chinese Dictionary while checking words. After flipping through it for about two minutes, she realized she had taken the wrong dictionary!

Guo Jingjing's unusual behavior caught the attention of her deskmate Li Junwei. Seeing her take the wrong dictionary and only realize it after two minutes made him burst into silent laughter.
Guo Jingjing shot Li Junwei a glare and whispered threateningly, "Don't laugh, or I'll hit you!"
"Oh, I didn't expect you to be so quiet and still know how to hit people?" Li Junwei was notorious in Vidorna as a rogue who often teased female classmates. He would frequently put cockroaches, mice, fake snakes, and similar things in their backpacks.
"Shut up!" Guo Jingjing disliked Li Junwei very much. On the first day of school, he had put a fake snake in her backpack, nearly scaring her to death.
Li Junwei grinned mischievously and reached out to touch Guo Jingjing's waist. Furious, Guo Jingjing bit down on his arm and exclaimed, "You rotten rogue, I'll bite you to death!"
Li Junwei let out a muffled grunt, pain causing him to break out in a cold sweat. Suppressing his anger, he growled softly, "You're too violent! I want to switch seats with the teacher; I can't sit next to this hidden violent girl anymore!"
Guo Jingjing huffed angrily and ignored Li Junwei. She opened her backpack to search for her English dictionary.
Suddenly...
"Ah! There's a mouse!" Guo Jingjing threw her backpack aside and screamed in terror, attracting the attention of her classmates as well as Guoguo and Han Min.
In the evening study session, the teacher is generally not present, but the duty teacher occasionally comes to check on everyone's learning status.
"Li Junwei, it was you, wasn't it!" Han Min seemed to firmly believe that Li Junwei had put a mouse in Guo Jingjing's backpack.
Li Junwei did not deny it; he nodded with a mischievous smile, tacitly admitting it.
Guoguo cast a 'sympathetic' glance at Li Junwei and meaningfully said, "Those who do many wrongs will surely bring about their own downfall."
Just as Guoguo finished speaking, the bell rang, and the students surged out—those going home went home, and those returning to the dormitory went back to their dorms.
