Sophia and Morris appeared in a space that seemed like another dimension.
Their breath froze in the air, and before their eyes was a scene unlike anything they had known. The sky on the other side was filled with geometric patterns, and transparent objects floated like crystals, as if everything here was in a state of eternal flux.
"Where are we?" Sophia's eyes were filled with panic.
"It looks like we've been transported to another dimension. The air here... feels a bit different," Morris observed the surroundings.
"It feels like... a convergence point of time and space," Morris glanced at the "Essence of Time and Space" in his hand.
"It gives off a feeling of being at the edge of the world, both astonishing and unsettling," Sophia tightened her "Key of the Celestial Realm" staff, feeling an inexplicable excitement welling up inside her.
The two of them walked slowly and arrived at a huge rock. The moment they touched the rock, a beam of light pierced through their bodies and brought them to a whole new space.
"Look over there!" Sophia exclaimed. She saw her own self, not yet formed, like a reflection of a meteor, as if peering into the birth and destruction of the universe through this rift in time and space.
Sophia suddenly thought of something and took out her "Key of the Celestial Realm" staff, waving it in the air.
"Guide us, Key of the Celestial Realm."
A soft light shone from the tip of the wand, illuminating their path.
"Is this another dimension? If so, can we find our way back?" Sophia asked nervously.
Morris looked at Sophia with a mysterious glint in his blue eyes, as if he could see through the secrets of this dimension. "Uncertain, but we have an advantage," he lightly touched the "Shadowfang" dagger hanging from his waist.
"Oh? What advantage?" Sophia asked curiously, gripping her "Key of the Celestial Realm" staff.
"The advantage is us. We have powerful magic and equipment from the Noah Continent. More importantly, we have each other, right?" Morris said with a smile, casting a comforting glance at Sophia.
Sophia felt a warmth in her heart. "You're right. We will definitely find a way out." She tightened her grip on her staff, as if preparing herself for the upcoming unknown challenges.
The two entered the desolate landscape unique to this dimension, surrounded by an endless red desert. The sky burned a fiery red, and sharp winds like sword blades occasionally cut through the desert, raising clouds of sand.
"It seems like the natural environment here isn't very suitable for living," Sophia involuntarily tightened her "Wanderer of the Mist" mage robe.
"Indeed, but I feel the magical elements here are quite unstable, as if the very fabric of time and space is trembling," Morris added solemnly.
At that moment, their attention was drawn to a dark vortex in the distance, which seemed to be the focal point of this space, drawing in all surrounding matter like a massive whirlpool.
"What is that?" Sophia's eyes widened as she felt extreme danger emanating from the vortex.
"Should we... go in?" Morris asked.
"Only by moving forward, can we find a way out." Sophia gathered her courage, but her heart was also filled with uncertainty.
"Let's go take a look. Maybe that's the source of all this instability." Morris gritted his teeth, looking determined.
"Alright, but we must be careful. There may be dangers here that we have never encountered before." Sophia tightly grasped her "Key of the Celestial Realm" staff and "Dawn Messenger Short Sword," the magic within her body ready to burst like a prepared flame at any moment.
Morris nodded, drawing his "Shadowfang" dagger and "Spear Sword of the Storm." The two exchanged a smile, then set foot on the unknown path leading to the dark vortex. Not only did they have to explore the secrets of this dimension, but they also had to find a way back to the Noah Continent. They knew that this would be a path filled with unknowns and dangers.
However, they both have an irresistible curiosity and spirit of adventure, which is enough to face everything that is about to come.
Sophia and Morris found themselves in a strange environment, as if all rules and logic had been rearranged. In this space, light and shadow intertwined, and on each side, a powerful aura enveloped a figure. These two figures seemed to be extreme symbols from mythology - one radiant like The Goddess of Light, Su Lea, and the other dark, mysterious, seemingly capable of devouring everything, like The Dark God Othus.
Sophia can feel that the atmosphere is not only strong but also soul-shaking. The "Key of the Celestial Realm" staff in her hand also trembles slightly, as if responding to the presence of these two immense powers.
Their faces are blurry, as if covered by an invisible veil, but their momentum is so powerful that it inspires awe.
"This is not the place you should come to, you have not awakened yet," the god-like figure seemed to convey this message through telepathy, with a tone full of unquestionable authority.
Sophia was startled, instantly understanding that this place, and these two mysterious figures, were far beyond the scope of what she and Morris could comprehend and engage with.
"We... What should we do?" Morris tried to speak, his "Shadowfang" dagger trembling slightly in his hand, as if resonating with some subtle force from this otherworldly dimension, making him almost afraid to breathe.
The mysterious goddess once again transmitted a response to their minds: "You must return to your own world and find the true path of awakening. Go back, and when you are ready, the door to this dimension will open to you once again."
"And your awakening may change the fate of Noah Continent, and even affect more lives," the figure of the male deity added.
As soon as the words fell, Sophia and Morris felt their bodies surrounded by an invisible force, and then a strong suction pulled them back from that otherworldly space to Noah Continent.
At the moment when the two returned to the Noah Continent, it was like waking up from a dream, but they couldn't ignore the strong shock and profound revelation.
The staff and dagger in their hands both carried an indescribable warmth, proving that everything they had just experienced was real.
"Awakening, huh, what is this all about?" Morris took a deep breath and instantly felt an unknown force quietly flowing within his body.
Sophia lowered her head, thinking about Azansos and the clues to finding the twin meteor, feeling even more determined in her heart.
"We have to go find those elves and dwarves, maybe they can give us some clues," Sophia finally decided.
The two carefully observed their surroundings and discovered that they had been transported to the southernmost part of the Noah Continent.
"It looks like we need to cross the entire Noah Continent to find the elf tribe and dwarf in the north," Morris said with a bitter smile.
