Two people holding their parents' hands, walking through the winding tunnel, feeling like they are getting deeper and deeper, as if they are trapped in a strange cycle. 0

Amy still tightly holds the compass given by Jis, and the needle of the compass is still slowly rotating, as if something is resisting its operation. 0

"Amy, should we find that door first, or how are we going to get back?" Nick's face was filled with worry, clearly feeling uneasy about the whole situation. 0

Amy bit her lip, focusing on the protruding stone platform in front of her. "I know, Nick, but if we don't cut off the power of this old tree, who knows what that puppet witch will do?" 0

Nick frowned and eventually nodded. 0

Amy stepped forward and carefully observed the stone platform. On it were carved a series of strange symbols, somewhat resembling ancient writing or some kind of secret code. 0

"Have you mentioned these symbols to Jis?" Amy turned to Nick. 0

Nick shook his head. "No, but I think this looks like a hint or a key clue." 0

Amy's heart skipped a beat as she took out the compass given by Jis and approached the symbols. At that moment, the compass needle began to spin wildly, finally stopping at a particular symbol. 0

"Look, this is it!" exclaimed Amy excitedly. 0

She reached out to touch the symbol, and instantly a soft light shot out from the stone platform, illuminating the entire space. Then, a strong vibration came from underground, as if something had been activated. 0

"We did it," Amy looked at Nick, a victorious smile on her face. 0

Nick also smiled, but his smile quickly disappeared, replaced by a serious expression. "Amy, we're not done yet. The most important thing now is to find that door and go back to our world with our parents." 0

Amy took a deep breath, breaking the tension in the air. "You're right, let's keep moving forward." 0

The four set out on their journey through the maze once again, but this time they felt a little more relaxed. They had already found the crucial clue to solving the problem, which undoubtedly paved the way for their upcoming challenges. 0

But Amy still had a question in her heart: Could it really be that simple? What do those symbols and the compass really represent? 0

Amy and Nick continued along the stone path, and the needle of the compass occasionally trembled slightly, as if warning them of the unknown they were about to face. 0

After walking a few steps, they arrived at a large hall, in the center of which was placed a huge puppet. 0

This puppet was completely different from any they had seen before, as if it were a first attempt at creation that had failed. 0

Its eyes are hollow, and its mouth is twisted into a cruel smile. What's most chilling is that there's a transparent window on its chest, inside of which is a still-beating human heart. 0

"Oh my, where are we?" Nick's face turned pale. 0

"I don't know either, but I think we should hurry and find that door," Amy said. 0

Just as they turned to leave, the heart suddenly started beating faster, accompanied by a piercing scream. The lights in the entire hall also flickered, then dimmed. 0

"Amy, I have a bad feeling," Nick tightly grasped Amy's hand. 0

"Me too, but we can't just stand here," Amy tightly held the compass, trying to find a way out. 0

At that moment, the giant puppet began to move slowly, and two beams of red light suddenly shot out from its hollow eyes, aiming directly at the two people. 0

"Run!" Amy shouted. 0

They turned and ran, with the huge puppet close behind. Just as they were about to despair, the compass needle suddenly spun wildly, finally stopping in one direction. 0

"Over here!" Amy pointed in the direction indicated by the compass, and they leaped over rows of stone platforms and ran past. 0

The sound of the heartbeat grew louder and louder, as if the heart in the chest of the giant puppet was also conveying some ominous message. However, after they passed through an archway, the giant puppet suddenly stopped, and its eyes returned to their empty state. 0

"We've escaped a disaster," Nick gasped. 0

Amy and Nick tightly held the compass in their hands, its needle trembling slightly as if in response to some kind of power. 0

The two of them continued to walk along the long corridor of the underground palace, holding their parents' hands, with each step feeling like treading upon history and the unknown. 0

After walking for some time, they arrived at a spacious hall. It was filled with intricate geometric patterns and statues of puppets. 0

These sculptures may seem ordinary, but upon closer inspection, they can't help but give people a creepy feeling. 0

Nick glanced at the sculptures and said, "I always feel like these puppets are watching us." 0

"Maybe they are," Amy replied, while observing the compass. "But right now we need to focus on finding that door." 0

Suddenly, the compass needle began to spin wildly, finally pointing to an altar in the center of the hall. 0

"That's it!" Nick exclaimed in surprise. 0

The two of them carefully approached the altar, on top of which sat what appeared to be an ordinary wooden box. Amy gently opened it with her hand, revealing an ancient key and a map inside. 0

"This is..." Amy picked up the map in astonishment, realizing that it depicted the very puppet world they were in. 0

Nick picked up the key and examined it carefully, then said, "We should use this key to open that door, so we can return to our world." 0

Amy nodded, knowing that time was running out. "Okay, let's hurry and find that door." 0

Following the map's directions, they traversed one terrifying room and maze-like passage after another, finally arriving at a seemingly ordinary door radiating strong magical energy. 0

"This is it, this door is our hope to go home," Nick said, his voice filled with emotion. 0

Amy took out the key, took a deep breath, and then inserted it into the keyhole on the door, giving it a gentle twist. A golden light flashed, and the door slowly opened. 0

"We did it!" Nick exclaimed excitedly. 0

But just then, a cold voice sounded in their ears: "Do you think you can just leave like this?" 0

The two turned around, only to see Puppet Mother standing behind them, her eyes revealing coldness and disdain. 0

"You still have one final test," Puppet Mother said in a cold tone. 0

Amy tightened her face and asked urgently, "What test? Didn't we agree that finding our parents and the exit would be the win?" 0

Puppet Mother smirked slightly, revealing a cold smile. "Your parents have long been turned into puppets by me." 0

This sentence was like a bomb that exploded in Amy and Nick's hearts. Amy's face instantly turned pale, while Nick gritted his teeth. 0

"It's impossible, what nonsense are you talking about!" Amy finally couldn't help but shout, her tone filled with anger and disbelief. 0

"Oh, don't believe me, go see for yourself." Puppet Mother With a wave of her hand, Nick and Amy's parents, their bodies seemed normal, but their faces began to gradually take on the stiff expression typical of a puppet. 0

Amy's face changed, and she instantly felt like all the blood in her body had frozen. 0

Looking at Puppet Mother's cold, mocking expression, she suddenly felt the air become heavy. 0

"What? This can't be possible!" Nick also looked at Puppet Mother in astonishment. 0

Puppet Mother shook her head and said in a somewhat mocking tone, "Ah, children, you are still too young, too naive. In this world, nothing is impossible." 0
