At the entrance of Gu Lvq Qi's office, holding a stack of documents, I paused and looked at the figure inside who was assembling a building model. I raised my hand and knocked on the door, "Gu Da!"
"Come in!" Lifting his head, Gu Lvq Qi glanced at the figure standing at the door, set aside the half-finished model, and brushed off the plastic shavings from his clothes as he walked over. "Did you find anything?"
"Yes, everything that can be found has been categorized. This is the general information about Resort, and this one is from Mu Group. It turns out that President Mu is really impressive; take a look."
"Really?" Taking the folder, Gu Lvq Qi flipped through it casually. "Mu Group has achieved such great results in just a few years. Besides this man's remarkable skills, he must have a strong background behind him!"

Looking up, Green Qi stared at her in surprise. "Do you know what time this afternoon?"
"At three o'clock. Since there's still time, Gu Da, you should quickly familiarize yourself with these materials."
She had only a vague understanding of business matters and could only rely on last-minute cramming; it was better than doing nothing.
"Okay, remind me when it's time!" Green Qi nodded and carried the documents over to the bay window in the room, opening them up to study carefully.
The Meihai Resort and the surrounding area have been planned by the Municipal Government of A City as one of the key economic development zones. Once the bidding proposal was announced, it attracted numerous companies from across the city to compete for the bid.
Mu Group initially had no intention of participating in the bidding for Meihai Resort, but Jiang Chengmu’s early morning scandalous behavior angered him. The project that the Jiang Family was sure to win might just slip away from them.
Inside the luxurious Limousine, soft music flowed gently. Mu Tongzi leaned lazily against the back of the seat, tilting his head to look out the window. His handsome and cold demeanor was softened by a hint of coolness in the warm yellow light.
The Limousine slowly drove towards Meihai Resort, and the surrounding traffic and concrete buildings gradually diminished, opening up the view even more.
Xia Yu flipped through the planning documents in his hands and handed one over to the man across from him. “President, this is the new plan developed by the Planning Department. Please take a look.”
Mu Tongzi leaned forward to take the document, casually flipping it open. “Among this year’s major development zones planned by the Municipal Government of A City, I am only interested in Resort and Tourism City. We need to secure these two projects!”
“Understood!” Xia Yu replied respectfully, furrowing his brow as he looked at the stack of materials in his hands, feeling a sense of pressure.
The Resort project would keep them busy for quite some time, and with the addition of the Tourism City project, they would likely have to work overtime.
Pulling out information on Wind Dust Group from a pile of documents, Xia Yu looked up at the calm-faced Mu Tongzi and respectfully asked, “President, if Wind Dust Group approaches us for collaboration this time, would you agree?”
“What are you worried about?” Raising his head from the documents, Mu Tongzi gave him a meaningful glance before lowering his head again, his long fingers holding a black pen as he signed his name on the document.
