Gu Lingfeng hesitated again and asked, "Do you... do you not need me to stay and protect you?"

Gu Lingfeng nodded, "Then I'll take my leave."
Lu Yitau simply responded with an "Mm," without looking at him again.
Gu Lingfeng glanced at him and quietly stepped out.
Lu Yitau sat on the sofa, his expression dark, with a fierce glint in his eyes.
He murmured to the empty living room, "Red Lotus Sect, I don't care who you are or what you want. Daring to kidnap my son, I will make you pay the price!"
