"Lin Yang, are you confident you can cure late-stage brain cancer?"
Director Yi asked.
"One hundred percent confidence!"
I nodded.
"That's good!"
Director Yi sighed in relief.
Director Yi took me to a community, to a two-bedroom apartment.
"This is where my mother lives!"
Director Yi explained.
"Director Yi, please step outside. I can't have anyone in here while I treat her!"
I said.
"Okay!"
Director Yi stepped out.
I helped the elderly woman sit up, removed her clothing, and began to perform a special pressure point technique.
Of course, I didn't actually press any of her acupoints; instead, I placed my hands on her head and infused a strand of True Qi.
The True Qi wandered through the elderly woman's body and quickly located the cancer cells.
The True Qi enveloped the cancer cells and directly destroyed them.
Cancer cells cannot be killed outright, but True Qi can wrap around them, isolating them from normal cells, allowing them to gradually shrink and die.
This process lasted for half an hour.
I feel exhausted all over, and my head is spinning.
I've taken in too much True Qi, and my body is struggling to cope.
Fortunately, all the cancer cells have been encapsulated and will not spread.
"Alright!"
I opened the door and let Director Yi in.
At this moment, the old lady was still in a deep sleep.
"Lin Yang, how is my mom?"
Director Yi asked with concern.
"She's fine!"
I replied.
"Impossible!"
Director Yi shook his head.
He knew that his mother was critically ill, suffering every day, unable to eat or drink, relying solely on nutritional fluids to sustain her life.
I pointed at the old lady and said, "She has woken up!"
Director Yi turned to look and saw the old lady slowly opening her eyes.
"Mom!"
Director Yi rushed over in surprise.
"Son, my illness is gone; I don't feel pain anymore!"
The old lady said joyfully.
"Really?"
Director Yi was extremely excited.
"Yes!"
The old lady nodded and struggled to sit up.
"Mom, you really sat up!"
Director Yi cried tears of joy.
The old lady's illness had reached a point where she couldn't get out of bed, so it was unexpected that she could now sit up.
"Director Yi, in three days, Auntie will be able to get out of bed and walk. In a week, she will fully recover!"
I said.
"Lin Yang, thank you!"
Director Yi turned and knelt down before me.
"Director Yi, what are you doing? Get up!"
I quickly helped Director Yi to his feet.
"Lin Yang, I recognize you as my brother. From today on, we are brothers!"
Director Yi grasped my hand and said excitedly.
"Great!"
I nodded with a smile.
"By the way, I have a cousin named Qian Wang who is in business. I'll call him right now and let him know about your situation!"
Yi Jianhe said excitedly.
"Okay!"
I nodded with a smile.
Yi Jianhe immediately made the call and brought Qian Wang over.
Qian Wang is a hefty guy, and seeing the elderly lady in such good spirits surprised him greatly.
"Brother Lin Yang, this is a small token of my appreciation. Please accept it!"
Qian Wang handed me a suitcase.
When I opened it, I found it was filled with cash—two million in total.
"You're too kind, Boss Qian!"
I smiled as I accepted it.
"Director Yi, Boss Qian, I'm currently in detention. Someone has framed me, and I hope you can help me get out for good!"
I said earnestly.
"No problem, I've got this covered!"
Yi Jianhe said, patting his chest.
