Guided by the singing voice, Inuyasha and his companions passed through the forest and arrived at a secluded palace. This palace was hidden deep in the forest, with an ancient and mysterious exterior. The stone steps in front of the door were covered with moss, indicating that it had been forgotten for a long time.
As they entered the palace, they found its interior to be luxuriously decorated, but a cold and eerie atmosphere filled the air. Sesshomaru scanned the palace with his eyes, his intuition telling him that an important secret was hidden here.
In a spacious hall, they finally met the true queen. She was dressed in magnificent royal robes, but her expression revealed deep sadness and helplessness. Her gaze fell upon Inuyasha and his companions, with a hint of surprise in her eyes.
"You have finally arrived," the queen's voice was gentle and sorrowful. "I am the true queen of this country, but long ago, I was stripped of my identity by that evil demon. She used the Jewel of Two Souls to devour countless innocent lives, impersonating me to deceive the people."
Inuyasha Inuyasha furrowed his brow and said angrily, "That demon has already been destroyed by us. Now, you can return to your position."
The queen shook her head and sighed, "My power has been almost completely consumed by her. I am also ashamed to face my people and unable to govern this country any longer. But I have one wish, and I hope you can help me fulfill it with what little strength I have left."
"What is your wish?" Sesshomaru asked, his tone revealing a hint of concern.
"I hope to find a truly suitable leader for this country, so that my people can live a peaceful life," the queen's eyes flashed with a glimmer of hope.
Bosaku Sei nodded and said, "We will help you. This country has experienced too much pain and chaos, they need a fresh start."
Guided by the Queen, Inuyasha and his companions began their journey to find a new leader. They traveled through various villages, listened to the opinions of the villagers, and searched for the person who could lead the country towards a brighter future.
Along the way, they encountered various challenges and tests, but with their firm determination and strong power, they overcame these difficulties one by one.
Finally, in a remote mountain village, they discovered a promising young village chief who not only possessed leadership abilities but was also deeply loved by the villagers. After a series of tests, Inuyasha and his companions decided to recommend him as the new leader.
Returning to the palace, they shared the good news with the queen. Upon hearing the news, a glimmer of relief flashed in the queen's eyes. She thanked Inuyasha and his companions for their help and passed on her remaining power to the new leader to aid in governing the country.
"Thank you all, because of you, my country finally has a new hope," the queen said with a smile, and then her body gradually became transparent.
"I still have some strength left, and I hope you can help me gather those girls who have survived after having their skin peeled off. I hope to restore their appearance and help them bravely live on," the queen said earnestly.
"How is it possible to restore the skin that has been peeled off? Just being alive is already difficult, let alone restoring it to its original state," Bosaku Sei questioned, frowning.
The queen smiled, her eyes revealing a hint of mystery: "Although my power is not what it used to be, there are still some secret spells I can perform. This is the last thing I can do as a queen, and also a small compensation for these abused girls."
Under the queen's instructions, Inuyasha and his companions began to gather the skinned girls in the palace. These girls were physically fragile and emotionally scarred, but at the moment they saw the queen, a glimmer of hope flashed in their eyes.
The queen stood in the center of the hall, beginning to chant ancient spells. As her incantations grew louder, a warm light began to emanate from her, slowly enveloping all the young girls.
These girls' bodies began to undergo a miraculous transformation, their peeling skin gradually restored, scars fading away, and their features becoming clearer. Before long, they had completely returned to their original appearance, as if they had never been harmed.
The girls touched their cheeks in amazement, unable to believe that it was all real. Their eyes were filled with gratitude as they bowed to the queen to express their thanks.
However, this process was extremely draining for the queen. As the last girl recovered, the queen's body became increasingly transparent, her power rapidly fading away.
"I have completed my mission," the queen said with a smile, her voice growing weaker. "Please tell my people that I hope they can live a happy and peaceful life. This is my final wish."
After saying these words, the queen's body completely dissipated, turning into a gentle breeze and dispersing into the air.
Inuyasha The group stood silently there, their hearts filled with reverence and gratitude for the queen. Though she had passed, her spirit and wishes would forever remain in the hearts of the people.
"We should tell the people of this country everything their queen has done for them," Sesshomaru said deeply.
Afterwards, Inuyasha and his group began their journey back, preparing to inform the people of this country about everything. Along the way, they told the story of the queen in every village and informed the people about the emergence of a new leader.
Upon hearing all of this, the people of this country were deeply moved. They were full of expectations for the new leader and hopeful for the future.
Inuyasha lifted his head, his eyes shining with determination: "Let's go, we still need to continue searching for Ancient Demon and Black Tiger General."
So, the group set out on their journey once again.
