Liu Yue and Bai Lin finally arrived at a forest after a long journey.
In the midst of a mysterious forest, the trees towered into the sky, and the vegetation was dense. The atmosphere here was completely different from the world they were familiar with.
"This forest looks really peculiar, completely different from our world," Liu Yue exclaimed in amazement.
Bai Lin nodded, his amber eyes scanning the surroundings, remaining vigilant.
"This is part of a different world, we need to be careful and not provoke the local residents or raise their suspicions."
Liu Yue tightly held onto "Moonshadow," knowing that the current situation was extremely unusual and required caution. As they moved forward slowly, they noticed that this forest exuded a special atmosphere, full of a sense of wonder.
Suddenly, a group of peculiar creatures appeared before them. These creatures looked like a combination of tree and animal features, with long tree root legs and a moss-covered exterior.
Liu Yue and Bai Lin stopped and watched these otherworldly creatures warily. Although the creatures made no sound, their eyes were filled with vigilance.
"Looks like we are not welcome," Liu Yue said softly.
Suddenly, an elder who appeared taller than the other creatures walked out. His tree-root legs were deeply rooted in the ground, indicating his high status.
The elder uttered a series of peculiar tones in a language that Liu Yue couldn't understand, but could sense the threat within.
"They want us to leave," Bai Lin whispered to Liu Yue.
Liu Yue furrowed her brow, unwilling to give up on the mission to find Holy Grass just because of a temporary setback. She tried to gesture to the elder to explain their purpose, but the elder seemed unyielding.
Just then, a voice suddenly resonated in their minds, conveying understanding without the need for words.
"This is our territory, strangers are not welcome."
Liu Yue and Bai Lin exchanged a glance, understanding that now was not the time for argument. They decided to follow the elder's instructions and temporarily leave this otherworldly forest.
When they left, Liu Yue couldn't help but feel a little defeated. But she also knew that this was just a setback and couldn't stop them from continuing to search for Holy Grass.
Bai Lin looked at her and said with a smile, "Don't be disheartened, this is just a small setback. We will find Holy Grass."
Liu Yue nodded, knowing that with Bai Lin's help, no matter how difficult the situation, there was hope to overcome it.
They continued to move forward, encountering various strange scenes and creatures.
This world is full of unknowns and mysteries.
They passed by a lake, the water was clear and transparent, and there were fantastic creatures floating in the lake, some resembling fish, some resembling birds, completely different from the creatures they were familiar with.
Next, they came to a forest where the trees emitted colorful light, and the leaves sparkled like jewels. In this forest, they encountered a monster girl.
"This is a mysterious and colorful place, with each area having a unique ecosystem," the monster girl explained. "But it's also a dangerous place, full of unknown challenges."
Liu Yue and Bai Lin felt curious and asked about Holy Grass, hoping to find some clues.
The monster girl nodded and said, "Holy Grass is a very magical plant, but it is extremely rare and only grows in certain areas."
Liu Yue and Bai Lin felt a glimmer of hope in their hearts, perhaps they were getting closer. They expressed their gratitude to the monster girl and continued their journey.
