Su Wanqing attempted to meet Zhao Di privately. However, Zhao Di avoided her with various excuses. This left Su Wanqing feeling quite confused. She had originally thought that Zhao Di would be curious about her approach, or even might try to use her. But Zhao Di did not do so; it seemed he was deliberately avoiding Su Wanqing. "Maybe that evidence is still useful." "Alright, I'll organize it," Su Wanqing said. She began to sort through the evidence they had previously discovered. I was also contemplating how to utilize this evidence. Despite facing multiple setbacks, we did not give up. If the Zhao Family Brothers succeeded, we would have no chance of turning things around. Therefore, we could not afford to quit.
Not long after, Su Wanqing attended another charity gala organized by the Zhao Family. At the gala, Zhao Tian delivered his speech as usual, while Zhao Di appeared somewhat distracted. Su Wanqing noticed this and carefully observed Zhao Di. She found that he frequently checked his watch, as if waiting for something. Su Wanqing decided to take the initiative when Zhao Di was alone outside.
Su Wanqing walked over.
"Zhao Di, hello," Su Wanqing greeted.
"Hello," Zhao Di responded.
He glanced at Su Wanqing.
"Is there something you need?" Zhao Di asked.
"I have a few questions I want to ask you," Su Wanqing said.
"What questions?" Zhao Di inquired.
"You once said," Su Wanqing paused for a moment and continued, "‘I will not spare anyone who stands in my way,’ right?"
Upon hearing this question, Zhao Di's expression became complicated.
"Why do you ask this question?" Zhao Di countered.
"I want to know," Su Wanqing replied.
Zhao Di was silent for a while.
Then, he revealed a meaningful smile.
"You continue to be curious," Zhao Di said.
After saying that, he turned and left the venue.
Su Wanqing and I discussed how to deal with the Zhao Family Brothers.
We both knew that if we did not expose the crimes of the Zhao Family, we would never be able to escape their threat.
"We must take more aggressive action," I said.
"What do you have in mind?" Su Wanqing asked.
"We must use the law and the media as our weapons."
"What do you mean?" Su Wanqing asked.
"We must openly confront them," I said firmly.
Su Wanqing pondered, "Alright, I agree."
"We need to use not only the law but also the media to publicly expose their crimes," I stated.
"Yes, we can't let them continue to threaten us," Su Wanqing replied.
"They may be able to dominate in business, but they cannot hide from moral scrutiny and public opinion."
"We should unite those who are dissatisfied with the Zhao Family Brothers and confront them together," Su Wanqing suggested.
"Exactly, we need to make them lose their composure."
"And then reveal more of their flaws," Su Wanqing added.
Su Wanqing and I decided to utilize the media and social platforms to spread relevant information, sparking public attention and suspicion towards the Zhao Family.
We hoped that this approach would force the Zhao Family Brothers to falter, exposing more of their weaknesses.
The Zhao Family Brothers responded by filing a lawsuit against my law firm through legal channels, claiming fraud and misconduct in our business practices.
At the same time, they leveraged their influence in the media to smear Lin Jinxuan and Su Wanqing, attempting to damage our reputation and public trust.
However, Su Wanqing and I were not intimidated. We decided to reach out to those within the Zhao Family who were dissatisfied with the Zhao Family Brothers, sharing our plans and information with them in hopes of gaining their support and assistance.
