In a modern city, at a luxury resort, I sat by the pool, sipping a cold drink and soaking up the sun. Feng Hongyang swam back and forth in the water like a graceful koi fish. I watched him and smiled, "Feng Hongyang, you swim so fast!" 0

Feng Hongyang emerged from the water, looked at me, and grinned, "Do you want to learn?" I nodded, "Yes." 0

Feng Hongyang climbed onto the shore and lay down on the lounge chair beside me. He looked at me and said, "First, you need to learn how to hold your breath." 0

I blinked, "How do I hold my breath?" Feng Hongyang stared at me and suddenly covered my mouth and nose. I was startled and struggled hard. Feng Hongyang held my mouth and nose tightly without letting go. I felt increasingly suffocated, my head spinning. Just when I was about to run out of oxygen, Feng Hongyang finally released his grip. 0

I collapsed onto the lounge chair, gasping for air, my face flushed. Feng Hongyang looked at me with a smirk, "Did you remember?" I glared at him without saying a word. 0

Feng Hongyang ruffled my hair and chuckled, "Next time, you can try it yourself." I pouted and ignored him. 0

Later that evening, Feng Hongyang took me to the hotel gym. He changed into swim trunks and jumped into the water. Watching his back, I suddenly felt an urge. I wanted to swim too. So, I took off my shoes and walked to the edge of the pool, slowly stepping into the water. 0

Feng Hongyang saw me and paused in surprise. I smiled at him, "Feng Hongyang, I want to learn how to swim too." Feng Hongyang frowned, "Can you?" 0

I shook my head, "No." 0

Feng Hongyang paused, swam in front of me, and said, "Then follow me." 0

"Okay." I nodded vigorously. 0

Feng Hongyang taught me how to hold my breath, how to paddle, and how to kick. 0

I was quick to learn. By the next day, I could swim around in the water by myself. 0

Feng Hongyang watched me and smiled, "Not bad." 0

I smiled back, "Of course, I'm a top student." 0

Feng Hongyang chuckled softly. 0

... 0

We stayed in Australia for ten days. During these ten days, I followed Feng Hongyang around every day. 0

We went to the Sydney Opera House to watch a performance and surfed at the Gold Coast. 0

Feng Hongyang was great at surfing and could perform various tricks on the water. 0

I was envious and insisted on learning. 0

Feng Hongyang patiently taught me the basic moves and practiced with me. 0

I learned quickly; by the next day, I could stand up on the board. 0

By the third day, I could control the board. 0

By the fourth day, I was already able to adjust my weight based on the board's position. 0

Feng Hongyang looked at me and smirked, "Not bad." 0

I smiled again, "Of course, I'm a top student." 0

Feng Hongyang chuckled softly. 0

We played in the ocean all morning and returned to the hotel for lunch. Feng Hongyang received a phone call and then told me he would take me to a party that evening. 0

I blinked, "What kind of party?" 0

Feng Hongyang looked at me and smiled, "A friend's party." 0

"Oh." I nodded and didn't ask further. 0

In the evening, Feng Hongyang took me to a villa on the outskirts of town. 0

There were many people attending the party, including quite a few faces from Asia. 0

Feng Hongyang told me that they were all tourists here. 0

I nodded and followed Feng Hongyang into the courtyard. 0

Inside the courtyard, a group of people were chatting and laughing. As soon as Feng Hongyang and I appeared, all eyes turned to us. Feng Hongyang wrapped his arm around me and walked over to a sofa, where we sat down. I leaned against his shoulder, looking at the crowd around us, feeling quite fresh. 0

Feng Hongyang picked up a glass and took a sip of wine before glancing at me with a smile, "What's wrong?" 0

I shook my head, "Nothing." 0

Feng Hongyang chuckled and continued drinking. After sitting for a while and feeling a bit bored, I stood up and headed toward the restroom. 0

As I came out of the restroom and was about to return to Feng Hongyang's side, I suddenly saw a strange man standing in front of me. He looked at me with a smile, "Qianqian." 0

I was taken aback and frowned, "What did you call me?" 0

The man looked at me with a grin, "Qianqian." 0

I narrowed my eyes, "Do you know me?" 0

He smiled again, "Of course, I'm your dad." 0

I froze for a moment before suddenly realizing, "Jiang Tao?" 0

He nodded, "That's right." 0

I sized him up, "How did you change so much?" 0

The Jiang Tao in front of me had changed drastically compared to five years ago. He was wearing casual clothes, sporting gold-rimmed glasses, and his hair was neatly styled; he looked refined and elegant. 0

Jiang Tao looked at me and smiled, "My life now is completely different from before, so I've changed a lot." 0

I nodded, "Where are you working now?" 0

"I'm an executive at a publicly traded company," Jiang Tao replied while looking at me. "What about you? Still studying?" 0

"Yeah," I nodded. 0

Jiang Tao smiled, "Qianqian, you've grown up." 0

I looked up at him, "Don't call me Qianqian; I don't like that name." 0

Jiang Tao was taken aback but nodded, "Okay, Beibei." 0

I frowned again, "I like that name even less." 0

After thinking for a moment, Jiang Tao nodded again, "Then let's call you Xiao Yuan." 0

I pressed my lips together and said, "Whatever." 0
Jiang Tao looked at me and smiled gently, "Xiao Yuan, have you been well these years?" 0
I lowered my gaze and replied, "Pretty good." 0
"That's good to hear," Jiang Tao said, looking at me. "I've always been worried about you." 0
"Worried about what?" I raised my eyes to look at him. 0
Jiang Tao paused and smiled, "It's nothing." 0
I frowned, "Are you hiding something from me?" 0
Jiang Tao was taken aback and chuckled, "No, don't overthink it." 0
I quietly stared at him without speaking. 0
Jiang Tao felt uncomfortable under my gaze, cleared his throat, and asked, "Xiao Yuan, do you have a boyfriend now?" 0
I hesitated for a moment and shook my head, "No." 0
Jiang Tao frowned, "Then... is there someone you like?" 0
I lowered my gaze again, "No." 0
"Oh," Jiang Tao nodded. "If you ever like someone, remember to tell me. I'll help you keep an eye on things." 0
I looked up at him, "Haven't you already given up on me as your daughter?" 0
Jiang Tao was taken aback and pressed his lips together. "Xiao Yuan, I'm sorry. I did a lot of wrong things before, but I've changed now. I really want to make it up to you." 0
"No need," I replied calmly. 0
Jiang Tao frowned, "Xiao Yuan..." 0
"I said no need," I interrupted him. "Jiang Tao, there's nothing more to say between us." 0
Jiang Tao stared at me blankly, his eyes reddening. 0
I turned to leave. 0
Suddenly, Jiang Tao grabbed my arm. 0
I paused and turned to look at him. 0
Jiang Tao gazed at me with red-rimmed eyes, "Xiao Yuan, do you hate me?" 0
I blinked and said, "No hate." 0
Jiang Tao sighed in relief, "That's good." 0
I smiled slightly and added, "Because I don't want to waste time." 0
Jiang Tao was taken aback and looked at me. 0
I met his gaze calmly and said, "Jiang Tao, there's nothing more to say between us. Please don't look for me again in the future." 0
Jiang Tao's face was pale. "Xiao Yuan, I..." 0

"There's more," I interrupted. "I hope you won't disturb my life anymore." 0

Jiang Tao's eyes were red-rimmed. "Xiao Yuan, I..." 0

I looked up at him. "Just go." 0

Jiang Tao lowered his head silently, his eyes still red. 0

I turned and walked away. 0

... 0

Back by Feng Hongyang's side, I sat down. 0

Feng Hongyang glanced at me and smiled. "What's wrong?" 0

I shook my head. "Nothing." 0

Feng Hongyang smirked. "Tired?" 0

"Yeah." I nodded. 0

Feng Hongyang patted my hair. "Then let's go back." 0

"Okay." I nodded obediently. 0

Feng Hongyang took me away from the villa and drove back to the hotel. 0

On the way, the car passed a city park. 0

I suddenly spoke up. "Stop." 0

Feng Hongyang paused and pulled over to the side of the road. 0

He turned to look at me. "What's wrong?" 0

I stared at him, remaining silent. 0

Feng Hongyang frowned. "Xiao Yuan?" 0

I blinked and suddenly leaned forward, kissing his lips. 0

Feng Hongyang was taken aback for a moment, then embraced me, taking the initiative. 0

We began to kiss in the car. 0

Feng Hongyang pressed me against the seat, and I wrapped my arms tightly around his neck as we tangled together. 0

I lost track of time until Feng Hongyang finally released me. 0

I gasped for air, my cheeks flushed. 0

Feng Hongyang looked at me with burning eyes. "Xiao Yuan..." 0

I met his gaze. "What is it?" 0

Feng Hongyang swallowed hard. "This isn't a good place." 0

I was taken aback and looked around. 0

We were in a park, surrounded by lawns and trees, with a few couples strolling by occasionally. 0

I blinked. "Why not?" 0

Feng Hongyang frowned. "It's not good if someone sees us." 0

I paused, then smiled. "Then let's go to a hotel." 0

Feng Hongyang stared at me. "Aren't you tired?" 0

I shook my head. "Not tired." 0

He looked at me for a while, then suddenly started the car. 0

Half an hour later, we arrived at the hotel. 0

Feng Hongyang carried me into the elevator and swiped the card to enter the room. 0

He closed the door, pressed me against it, and leaned down to kiss me. 0

I held him tightly and responded to his kiss. 0

Feng Hongyang lifted me up and walked to the bed, tossing me onto it. 0

He pressed down on me and kissed me forcefully. 0

I closed my eyes, enjoying his passion. 0

Feng Hongyang had always been gentle with me, but tonight he was especially fervent, as if he wanted to consume me. 0

I felt sore all over from his actions and couldn't help but plead for mercy. 0

Only then did he stop. 0

He lay on top of me, breathing heavily. 0

I stroked his back and smiled softly. "Feng Hongyang..." 0

He looked up at me, his gaze intense. "What is it?" 0

I blinked. "I love you." 0

Feng Hongyang froze, staring at me in surprise. 0

I smiled and hugged him tightly. "Feng Hongyang, I love you." 0
