After seeing my figure disappear at the elevator entrance, Anna's lips curled slightly upward, revealing a hint of smugness. She lightly walked to the door of room 2809, gently pushed it open, and carefully closed it behind her. Once inside, she stood still, listening to the sound of water coming from the bathroom, her heartbeat quickening in response.
Taking a deep breath, Anna slowly removed her clothes, a wave of inexplicable excitement washing over her. Then, she reached out to turn off the lights in the room, plunging it into darkness. Anna moved forward cautiously, her footsteps nearly silent. One step at a time, she approached the bathroom and gently pushed the door open. The bathroom was filled with thick steam, and through the haze, she saw a blurred figure standing under the shower.
Tonight, Shen Yulin was completely drunk. He swayed as he entered the bathroom, standing under the shower and letting the water wash over him. Looking down at his impressive endowment, he couldn't help but sigh deeply. His partner was currently pregnant; he needed to think of a way to drink some nourishing soup or he might starve first. Just then, the lights in the bathroom suddenly went out, plunging the space into complete darkness. Immediately after, a warm body pressed against him, tightly wrapping around his back. Shen Yulin's breath quickened; he thought it was his partner coming to him and instinctively turned around to embrace the person behind him, planting delicate kisses on their shoulder. However, just as passion surged within him like a tide, he suddenly stopped as if struck by an invisible force and abruptly pushed Anna away. He quickly grabbed a towel to wrap around himself and stumbled out of the bathroom.
I walked back to the room with my coat in hand; it was pitch black inside and I couldn't see anything. Doubt crept in as I turned on the light, only to be shocked by what I saw.
There stood Shen Yulin at the bathroom door wrapped in a towel, his face full of anger, while Anna clung tightly to his waist, her bare body pressed against him. I stared at this scene in disbelief, my eyes wide and mouth agape but unable to utter a word. It felt as if time had frozen at that moment. Shen Yulin forcefully pulled Anna's hands away and kicked her towards the wall. Anna let out a painful scream, clutching her stomach and bending over as she lay against the wall, groaning continuously.
He quickly walked towards me with a look of grievance and helplessness on his face and hugged me tightly saying, "Baby, I almost got assaulted." His voice trembled slightly and his breathing was rapid.
My mind went blank, filled with various questions and confusion; however, seeing Shen Yulin's aggrieved expression made me feel somewhat amused as I gently patted his back in comfort.
Yet when I looked back at Anna again, a complex emotion surged within me. Her painful appearance evoked sympathy but also anger and confusion regarding her actions.
I gently pushed Shen Yulin away and said with a hint of reproach in my tone, "You really don’t know how to cherish beauty! How could you just kick such a delicate person? If she gets hurt because of this, Mr. Staff will surely hate you! Let go of me; I’ll call for someone to take her back to her room."
Reluctantly, Shen Yulin released me. I walked over to Anna and tried to keep my voice calm. "Anna, are you okay? I'll have someone take you back."
Anna raised her head, gritting her teeth in anger; the pain in her stomach rendered her speechless. I felt speechless myself but still called for staff to take Anna back to her room.
Looking at Shen Yulin's still aggrieved expression made me unable to hold back my laughter. "Alright, don’t be angry; you didn’t lose anything anyway." Shen Yulin shot me a glare. "I'm considering Staff’s feelings! What if she really did something?"
I laughed as I hugged him. "Okay, I understand; drink some honey water and get some rest." Shen Yulin sighed helplessly. "Sigh, why aren’t you even a little jealous?"
