My collaboration with Lin Yichen has been much smoother than I expected. However, gradually, I realized that he is not the person I imagined. "Until I met you."
I frowned and asked, "What do you mean by that?"
Lin Yichen smiled again, his tone self-satisfied: "Su Jiyue, you're very smart; you should be able to guess what I mean."
I stared at him with a cold gaze: "You want to use me, don't you?"
Lin Yichen smiled without denying it: "That's right; I want to use you."
I sneered, "What makes you think I would let you use me?"
Lin Yichen raised an eyebrow, his tone confident: "Because you have no choice."
"Su Jiyue, your only option now is to cooperate with me if you want to take down Li Zhansen."
"Don't you want to bring him down?"
I fell silent, unable to respond.
Lin Yichen looked at me, his tone relaxed: "Su Jiyue, you should know that cooperating with me is your wisest choice right now."
I stared at him, my gaze deep, unsure of what I was thinking.
Lin Yichen leaned closer, his voice low: "Su Jiyue, let's work together; we will definitely succeed."
I looked at him without saying a word.
Lin Yichen smiled and patted my shoulder, his tone casual: "Think it over; I'll be waiting for your good news."
After he said that, he got up and left.
I watched his back, lost in thought.
Lin Yichen was right; I had no choice now.
The only thing I could do was cooperate with him to deal with Li Zhansen.
But did I really want to do this?
I hesitated for a moment and decided to investigate Lin Yichen further.
I secretly browsed through Lin Yichen's files and discovered that he had secret dealings with many business tycoons.
Moreover, the content of their exchanges was all about how to take down Li Zhansen.
I felt that Lin Yichen seemed to be plotting a major conspiracy.
And this conspiracy could ruin everything for me.
I couldn't help but tremble.
I realized that Lin Yichen was not the person I had imagined.

I realized that I had been used.
I decided to expose Lin Yichen's true colors and no longer cooperate with him.
Holding the document, I went to find Li Zhansen.
In the office, Li Zhansen was sitting on the sofa with a stern expression.
He placed the document on the table, his gaze icy.
"Is this true?"
I nodded, "Yes."
Li Zhansen was silent for a moment before suddenly saying, "Su Jiyue, let's join forces."
"Huh?" I looked at him, somewhat confused.
Li Zhansen looked at me with sincere eyes: "Let's deal with him together."
My heart felt as if it had been struck by something, warming me with a wave of comfort.
I knew that I was no longer fighting alone.
