At the same time, Morris embarked on a journey to the dwarf kingdom. He summoned the nine-star Dragonkin demon Thanos to fly over the rugged mountain roads, eventually arriving at the gate of the dwarf kingdom.
The situation here is equally grim, with many dwarf warriors working hard to repair the damaged city walls.
Morris headed towards the center of the kingdom to find the dwarf king. Before the throne, he met King Grang, a dignified and ancient leader.
"Lord Grang, I have come here to seek the artifact to combat the forces of darkness," Morris said respectfully.
Grang gazed at him, his eyes shimmering with wisdom. "Morris, I understand your purpose. But the power of this artifact far exceeds your imagination. Are you ready to take on this heavy responsibility?"
Morris took a deep breath, his eyes filled with unwavering determination: "Lord Gran, I understand the immense difficulty of this task, but I must do it for the peace of the Noah Continent."
Gran nodded, seemingly satisfied with Morris' determination. He stood up and led Morris through the corridors of the dwarf kingdom, eventually arriving at an underground passage protected by mysterious runes.
"This is the entrance to the ancient underground city," Grang said in a deep voice. "There, you will face countless trials."
Morris stepped into the underground passage, where dark and damp air greeted him. He lit a torch and ventured deep into the maze-like underground city.
In this dark underground, ancient guardians wander. They were warriors of the dwarf kingdom in ancient times, now turned into eternal guardians of the sacred artifacts.
Level 1: Mechanical Traps
Morris arrived in a hall filled with seemingly randomly arranged stone slabs.
However, he knew that beneath every stone slab could potentially lie a deadly trap. He had to rely on wisdom and intuition to find a safe passage.
As he stepped onto the first stone slab, Morris's heart raced, but there were no triggers beneath the slab. He moved forward cautiously, observing his surroundings with every step, searching for hidden clues.
On the way, he discovered some patterns that seemed to be related to the arrangement of slabs, implying clues to a safe passage. Morris carefully interpreted these ancient symbols, formulating strategies as he moved. Just as he was exploring nervously and cautiously, a wrong step suddenly triggered a trap.
The floor suddenly opened, revealing a deep dark hole.
"Oops!" Morris exclaimed, instinctively leaping backward, narrowly avoiding the fate of falling into the deep pit.
His heart raced, and after taking a deep breath, he focused once again.
This time, he was even more careful, considering every step carefully.
Suddenly, he stopped in his tracks, noticing that the stone slab in front of him seemed slightly different from its surroundings. Morris cautiously extended his toe and touched the slab.
Instantly, the stones on the wall came crashing down towards him.
"Too dangerous!" Morris muttered under his breath, leaping up and skillfully avoiding the trap.
Next, he encountered a dark pit on the ground. He extended a stick and lightly tapped the ground to determine where it was safe.
Morris carefully skirted around the dark pit, a hint of nervous sweat on his face.
Morris's journey was filled with mysteries and challenges. He would occasionally stop, carefully surveying the surroundings, searching for clues to the mechanisms. His expression was serious, his gaze focused.
He encountered another trap, this time a series of sharp blades suddenly protruding from the wall. Morris quickly dodged, and the blades flew past, grazing his clothes.
"These traps are really cunning," Morris muttered, his eyes shining with determination.
Finally, Morris successfully passed through all the mechanical traps. He left behind a series of dangers, but a victorious smile appeared on his face.
"Finally passed the first level," Morris said in a low voice, his eyes shining with a new determination.
Level 2: Battle with the Guardian
After passing through the mechanical traps, Morris wielded the Sword of Judgment, facing the second challenge - a battle with the ancient guardian.
Morris stood in the center of the vast underground hall, facing a row of silent ancient guardians. These guardians, clad in worn armor and wielding old but sharp longswords, seemed like warriors who had walked straight out of ancient battlefields.
As Morris took a step forward, one of the guardians suddenly moved. He swung his heavy sword, whistling through the air straight towards Morris. Morris tightly gripped the "Judgment of Sin" sword and met the attack head-on. As his sword danced, a colorful light shimmered, beautiful yet deadly.
"Come on!" Morris growled low, swiftly sidestepping and thrusting his sword into the guardian's opening.
The guardian reacted with astonishing speed, using his shield to block, creating a sound of metal collision. Seizing the opportunity, Morris stepped back to avoid the guardian's counterattack.
"I acknowledge your strength," Morris gasped, his eyes flashing with the excitement of battle.
As the battle raged on, more guardians joined the fray. The space around Morris grew smaller and smaller, forcing him to quicken his attack pace and use his exceptional swordsmanship to counter the relentless onslaught.
A guardian swung a huge war hammer and charged fiercely at Morris. Morris swiftly sidestepped and at the same time swung his sword towards the guardian's waist. The sword left a deep gash in the guardian's armor.
"Your armor may be tough, but it can't stop my sword!" Morris roared, his strength surging within him.
The guardians seemed to sense Morris's determination, and their attacks became more intense. Each confrontation was a test of life and death. Morris felt unprecedented pressure, but in his heart burned an unyielding flame.
Suddenly, a guardian's blade flashed from behind him. With astonishing intuition, Morris swiftly turned and parried the sword with his own. Amidst the flying sparks, his gaze remained resolute, showing no hint of retreat.
"You won't stop me!" Morris shouted, as the power within him erupted. His swordsmanship became even swifter and more fierce, the rainbow light on the tip of his sword shining brighter.
The battle reached its climax. Morris stood at the center of the enemy formation, swirling like a whirlwind as his sword danced through the air. His movements were both fluid and swift, each swing of his sword accompanied by the howl of the wind. The rainbow light shimmered in the darkness, illuminating every inch of the surrounding space.
"You may be powerful, but you are not invincible!" Morris shouted, his eyes flashing with a challenging light. Each of his steps was firm and powerful, as if he were confronting destiny itself.
A guardian swung a long sword, swiftly cutting through the air, launching a fierce attack against Morris. Morris countered with the "Judgment of Sin Sword," and the clash of their swords produced a deafening roar.
