“Making a beautiful lady feel happy and entertained is my greatest honor.” Yan Chengjie’s profound gaze lingered on her stunning face for a long time, his sensual lips curling into a slight smile, revealing a beautiful arc. He gentlemanly took her delicate hand and placed a warm kiss on it, the warmth making Lin Yaru feel as if they were long-time friends.
Lin Yaru glanced back at the now empty but brightly lit Banquet hall. It seemed that his charming older brother was also a man who forgot his sister in the presence of beauty; he must have taken his dance partner off to enjoy themselves. She looked down at her outfit but hesitated to take a taxi!
“Can you give me a ride home?” Lin Yaru raised the car keys she had been holding onto, testing the waters.
