Time passed slowly, and Da Huang still did not come out. 0
"Why isn't it coming out yet?" A Meng said, unable to sit still. 0
"I don't know," I shook my head and replied, "Let's wait a bit longer." 0
"I'll go in and take a look," A Meng suddenly said. 0
"You?!" I exclaimed, looking at A Meng in surprise. "You can't go in." 0
"Let me try," A Meng insisted. 0
"Just be careful," I warned. 0
A Meng nodded, stood up, stretched a bit, and then crawled toward the entrance of the hole. 0
When A Meng reached the entrance, he pushed hard to squeeze inside, but the opening was too small; he couldn't get in at all. 0
He turned back and said helplessly, "I can't get in." 0
I patted his shoulder and said, "It's okay, let's wait a little longer." 0
After waiting for a while, Da Huang was still nowhere to be seen. 0
"Why isn't it coming out yet?" A Meng asked anxiously. 0
"I don't know," I replied again, "Let's wait a bit more." 0
A Meng stood up and paced back and forth, saying, "We can't wait any longer; it's getting dark." 0
I looked at the sky; indeed, the sun was setting. In a few hours, it would be dark. If we didn't leave soon, they wouldn't be able to return. 0
"Then let's head back for now," I suggested. 0
"But what about Da Huang?" A Meng asked. 0
"It should be fine," I reassured him. "We'll come back to find it after dawn." 0
"Alright then," A Meng said reluctantly. 0
The group made their way back to Stone Oven Kingdom. 0
Early the next morning, they had a simple meal before setting off again. 0

To prevent any accidents, they decided to leave a portion of the group behind just in case. In the end, it was decided that I and three companions would enter the cave while the others waited outside. The four of them lit their torches and cautiously made their way into the cave. At first, they walked side by side, one leading the way and one bringing up the rear. 0

However, after a short distance, the cave became narrower, forcing them to proceed one after another. I walked at the front, my heart pounding, and the torch in my hand burned brighter, illuminating the cave around us. They had no idea how long they had been walking but still saw no end in sight. 0

"How deep is this cave?" A-Dai couldn't help but ask. 0

"I don't know," I shook my head and replied, "We should be getting close." 0

They continued walking for a while longer but still saw no end. 0

"Why aren't we there yet?" A Meng complained. "This cave is too deep." 0

"Don't worry, we should be almost there," I reassured them. 0

The four of us kept moving forward, and suddenly, I noticed a faint light ahead. 0

"Look, there's light up ahead!" I exclaimed with excitement. 0

As soon as the three of them heard this, they perked up and quickened their pace toward the light. The further they went, the brighter it became, and their spirits lifted even more. After about half an hour, they finally reached the cave entrance. 0

Outside was a stone platform where they stepped out onto it. On the platform stood an Ancient Pine tree with a thick trunk and lush branches that blocked out the sunlight, making the area feel very cool. 0

"Where's Da Huang?" A-Dai asked. 0

"I don't know; maybe he ran off to play," I replied. 0

"What should we do next?" A-Dai asked. 0

"Next, let's find Da Huang and then go into the mountains to pick some wild fruits," I said. 0

"Alright, let's go quickly," A-Dai said. 0
