As night fell, dark clouds loomed overhead, and the rain pattered down, filling the air with an unusual scent.
"What heavy resentment," murmured a slender, stern-faced Black-Clad Youth at the entrance of Nanjing Medical University.
The youth was about to step into the school when he was stopped by a security guard. "Halt! What do you want?"
Glancing at the guard, who appeared to be around his age, the youth frowned. "What? Has Principal Li not informed you?"
The guard raised an eyebrow. "Principal Li? Who are you? We don't have a Principal Li here, only Principal Chen. Don't try to cause trouble; just leave!"

"What! They actually dared?!" The middle-aged man fumed, his face quivering with anger. His name was Li Jianguo, a vice principal at Nanjing Medical University. His rival for the same position was named Chen Jiaxing. Recently, the old principal was set to retire, and a new principal would be chosen from among them. Chen Jiaxing excelled at currying favor and winning people over; it seemed that he would be the new principal without a doubt.
Due to his relationship with Chen Jiaxing, he would definitely face suppression and exclusion after Chen Jiaxing took office, making it questionable whether he could even survive in this school. As a result, many people had already automatically excluded him.

Ye Mingshang couldn't afford to care about what the police officer was thinking because another officer had just been injured again; fortunately, it was only a minor injury.
Previously, he had used two spells: one Fire Bell Spell and another Fire Bell Spell. It was reasonable that the first spell didn't harm the Evil Spirit since it was cast in haste. The Evil Spirits were driven back by Ye Mingshang and became even more frenzied, each one howling as they charged forward. The Young Police Officer's eyes lit up. "Can you deal with these monsters?"
"It's a bit troublesome," Ye Mingshang's words only further invigorated the Young Police Officer; having some trouble meant he could still handle them.
"If you need help, please let us know." At that moment, a middle-aged police officer approached, looking like a leader.
"Yes, yes. If you need help, definitely tell us." The other officers were also intimidated by Ye Mingshang and echoed his words.
Although they meant well, how could ordinary people deal with these supernatural beings? Before Ye Mingshang could express his thoughts, a young man spoke up, "Um, I saw that Taoists can summon soldiers. Is that true?"
