In the winter of Yan Chuan, the night temperature is always much lower than during the day. The crescent moon hangs high, shrouded in a thin mist, appearing faintly. 0

The noise from Room 216 gradually subsided, and Xu Chengyang's clear voice came from outside: "Guan Guan, was it you who picked up the tab for last night's karaoke? How much was it? Let's split it." 0

Su Wan frowned in confusion, casually wiping her face with a towel as she stepped outside to respond, "I didn't pay... Wasn't it you?" 0

Xu Chengyang looked puzzled: "... Wasn't I carried back by you all?" 0

Yao Ye interjected succinctly: "Could it be that Deity paid for it?" 0

Xu Chengyang replied, "That's possible!" 0

Su Wan raised an eyebrow and silently changed into her pajamas before climbing into bed to message Fu Weiheng. 0

It seemed that Yao Ye had eaten too much at dinner; her stomach had been aching all night, and finally, she couldn't hold it any longer and rushed to the bathroom. Seeing Su Wan quietly getting into bed, Xu Chengyang suddenly remembered something important: "Guan Guan, we still have the New Year's Day party to prepare for, the string serenade!" 0

Su Wan paused, recalling the matter. She lifted the bed curtain and poked her head out: "Have you contacted everyone?" 0

"Bridge and Amin from the neighboring class both said it's fine." 0

Su Wan hesitated a bit: "... Our group has a major performance at the Yan Chuan Theater in March next year. We've been busy rehearsing lately, so I should only have evenings and weekends to practice with you..." 0

"Hey~ I thought it was something serious." Xu Chengyang waved her hand dismissively. "I know your skills well enough! Just focus on rehearsing with your group. Old Mo's piece isn't difficult; we've practiced our parts before. We can do a quick run-through a few days before the performance, and we'll still amaze everyone at the party!" 0

"... Okay." Su Wan nodded but then casually added, "Oh, Fu Weiheng will also be performing in March." 0

Xu Chengyang paused her phone scrolling and looked up at Su Wan in disbelief: "What did you say?" 0

Su Wan straightforwardly got to the point: "... It seems Fu Weiheng is going to make a comeback." 0

Yao Ye, coming out of the restroom, happened to overhear Su Wan's key point and was taken aback: "Returning?" 0

"Finally... finally..." Xu Chengyang suddenly stepped onto the bed ladder, grasping Su Wan's hand, his lips trembling with emotion. "Three years, three years! I have waited for you for three whole years... my child..." Xu Chengyang wiped away tears. 0

Yao Ye turned his head: "Your child???" 0

Xu Chengyang raised his head sharply, tightly holding Su Wan's hands: "She is my goddess! Don't say anything else, Guan Guan, whether it's seduction or temptation, even if you sleep with Deity, you must get us two VIP seats!" 0

Yao Ye ran over and jumped onto a chair, earnestly saying: "It would be best if you did sleep with her!" 0

Xu Chengyang nodded in agreement: "Yes, both wealth and beauty, and we profit!" 0

Su Wan: "..." 0

After sending Su Wan back to school, Fu Weiheng went straight to the company. With more than three months until the Performance meeting, he had to be busy not only with practicing piano but also with Endless's business. Fu Weiheng had a proud personality and strived for perfection in everything he did; he would not allow any neglect in his responsibilities. 0

After carefully reviewing this week's performance report, Fu Weiheng felt a bit drowsy, perhaps due to insufficient sleep over the past two days. He rubbed his brow and closed his eyes for a moment before getting up to go to the tea room. 0

When he returned from the tea room with a cup of black coffee in hand, just as Fu Weiheng sat down in his chair, his phone on the table received a message. He casually picked it up to take a look and couldn't help but smile slightly at the name on the screen. 0

Swan: Neil, tomorrow is the weekend. Let's have lunch together. 0

The fatigue in his mind dissipated significantly. Fu Weiheng smiled as he typed back two words: Rare. 0

It took a few minutes for a reply to come back: What? 0

Neil: It's rare for you to take the initiative to invite me. 0

Swan: You treated us to karaoke; I'll treat you to lunch. 0

Fu Weiheng's fingers paused over the keyboard as the image of Jiang Zhi Yan leaving that night flashed through his mind. After a moment, he replied: "I have to work overtime at the company tomorrow. Wait for me in the dormitory, and I'll pick you up during lunch." 0

The response came quickly: "No need to trouble yourself. I need to go to the Bookstore tomorrow morning. I'll come find you at the company when it's almost time." 0

A couple of seconds later, another message arrived: "I'll wait for you downstairs at the company (°_°)." 0

Fu Weiheng chuckled softly: "Okay." 0

Swan: "Then I'm going to rest now. Goodnight." 0

Neil: "Goodnight." 0

As night fell, moonlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling window and spilled onto the carpet, glimmering like scattered salt. Fu Weiheng stared at the chat record but couldn't muster the motivation to work. 0

The next day, Su Wan slept until late morning and only realized that Yao Ye and Xu Chengyang were already gone from the dormitory when she got out of bed. She checked her phone and saw two new messages in the dorm group. 0

Yao Ye: "Guan Guan, I'm heading to the library." 0

Xu Chengyang: "I'm off to Practice Piano. Remember your date, don’t forget my VIP seat \(//?//)\." 0

Su Wan smiled and pressed the lock screen, preparing to freshen up when her screen flickered again with a WeChat message from Xu Chengyang. 0

Fu Da Shen's Tofu Stick Little Chengyang: "Guan Guan, you have to check out what I posted on Moments this morning! (???)" 0

Xu Chengyang was always carefree and unruly, so his Moments were naturally filled with nonsense. Whether it was bumping into some handsome guy or teasing some pretty boy, Su Wan was used to it. With a toothbrush in her mouth, she obediently scrolled through his Moments. 0

As a result, she nearly dropped her toothbrush in shock. 0

Fu Da Shen's Tofu Stick Little Chengyang: "I hope Guan Meiren can successfully seduce her man into getting two VIP seats. Happy (O) kisses|( ̄3 ̄)|." 0

The comments below were as long as a dragon: 0

Old Class Leader: What! Our Flower of the Orchestra Department has a boyfriend? 0

Pagnana: What! Our Flower of the Orchestra Department has a boyfriend? 0

Reject Chopin: What! Our Flower of the Orchestra Department has a boyfriend? 0

Wangzai Little Radish: What! Am I the only one who wants to know who her boyfriend is? 0

Mendeljin: Little Radish above, you're breaking formation. By the way, I also want to know who her boyfriend is! 0

Is Yao Ye, Not Yao Ye.: I'm late! I hope Flower of the Orchestra Department can secure it! Guan Guan, I love you! 0

Mozart's Little Brother: ...I'm actually feeling sad. 0

Baa Baa Baa: I'm just weakly asking, is it Gu Ming? 0

Dazhi Yang: I'm weakly asking again, what VIP seat? 0

Fu Da Shen's Tofu Stick Little Chengyang replies to Baa Baa Baa: She's miles ahead of Gu Ming! 0

Baa Baa Baa replies to Fu Da Shen's Tofu Stick Little Chengyang: Ahhh, I want to see! 0

... 0

The most surprising thing was that among all these comments, she actually saw the shadow of Fu Weiheng! 0

Neil: Looking forward to it. 0

Fu Da Shen's Tofu Stick Little Chengyang replies to Neil: Deity, remember to give Guan Guan some leeway! \(//?//\) 0

Pfft— 0

Su Wan spat out the mouthwash in her mouth, splattering the water stains on the vanity mirror, which blurred her beautiful face in the reflection. Her ears inexplicably felt hot, so she decided to ignore it and continued brushing her teeth and washing her face. 0

She had to have a talk with Xu Chengyang! 0

When she arrived at the bookstore, it was just past ten o'clock. After browsing through the various books, Su Wan's eyes landed on a copy of "History of Western Aesthetics" placed on the side. Just as she was about to reach for it, a delicate white hand snatched it away first. 0

She instinctively turned her head to look and saw a short-haired girl standing beside her. The girl had clear features and fair skin, and her oversized black down jacket concealed her petite frame, resembling a little witch's cloak that accentuated her dainty figure. The girl casually flipped through the "History of Western Aesthetics," and when she noticed Su Wan staring at her, she paused for a moment, seemingly realizing something. Her ears turned red as she averted her gaze and silently handed the book to Su Wan. 0

Su Wan was somewhat surprised by the girl's shy expression. She smiled slightly and pushed the book back, saying, "You can keep it." 0

The girl immediately beamed with joy, bowing silently several times while holding the book before quietly sitting down nearby to read. 0

Su Wan picked up another book titled "Chinese Wild History." Seeing that she still had plenty of time, she went to the café in the back to buy a cup of coffee to pass the time. 0

Since it was the weekend, there were twice as many people in the bookstore as usual. The café was already packed, and with so many people around, it was hard to concentrate on reading. After observing for a moment, Su Wan finally left the café with her coffee. As soon as she sat down on a tall chair under the bookshelf, she noticed a man wearing a baseball cap leaning forward suspiciously across from her. 0

Su Wan felt slightly alert and looked at him a couple more times. Sure enough, the man in the cap was leaning against a girl who had her back turned to him. His hands were already reaching into the backpack that the girl had placed beside her. The people around them were all facing away and had no idea anything was wrong. Su Wan's heart raced, but her expression remained calm. Taking advantage of the man's distraction, she lifted her coffee and slowly walked toward the other side of the girl, pretending to be casual as she called out lightly, "There you are! I've been looking for you!" 0

The thief was startled by this clear voice; he quickly withdrew his hand from the backpack and pressed down his cap before walking into the back room without changing his expression. 0

The people who had been engrossed in their books were also brought back by this call. When they looked up, Su Wan was taken aback by the familiar face—it was the girl who had just chosen the same book as her. 0

Wen Nian was also momentarily stunned and raised an eyebrow in confusion as she looked at Su Wan. 0

Su Wan pointed at Wen Nian's bag and gently reminded her, "Your bag almost got stolen." 0

Wen Nian gasped in shock and immediately turned around to check her bag. Seeing how nervous she was, Su Wan asked with concern, "Did you lose anything?" 0

Wen Nian pulled out a gray scarf and confirmed that nothing was missing before letting out a sigh of relief. Then she took out her phone and typed something before handing it to Su Wan. Looking at the phone being offered to her, Su Wan glanced down at the screen in confusion and saw a line of text: Thank you, sister. 0

Su Wan looked up in surprise, noticing the girl pursing her lips, pointing to her own mouth and throat, then waving her hand. Su Wan suddenly felt a pang of sadness in her heart. 0

This delicate and well-behaved girl, who seemed quite young, could not speak. 0

While she was lost in thought, Wen Nian sent another message: This thing is very important to me, thank you, sister. 0

Su Wan waved her hand and smiled slightly: No need, it's nothing. 0

She pondered for a moment, then typed another message: Sister, can I treat you to some cake? Su Wan was taken aback; the little girl was quite optimistic, with a smile in her eyes that seemed unaffected by her inability to speak. She glanced at her watch; there wasn't much time left before lunch, so she smiled and politely declined: I have an appointment later, you don't need to be polite. 0

Wen Nian replied: Then sister, please leave your phone number. I will treat you next time; I will make it myself. 0

After reading this, Su Wan couldn't help but smile and no longer refused: Okay. 0

After exchanging phone numbers, Wen Nian hurriedly added: By the way, sister, my name is Wen Nian. 0

"My name is Su Wan." Su Wan typed her name on the phone keyboard and then picked up her coffee to prepare to leave. "I’m leaving now; you can continue reading." 0

Wen Nian smiled and nodded obediently while waving goodbye. 0

It was only two subway stops from the bookstore to Endless. Holding the cup of coffee that had cooled from hot to warm, Su Wan realized she hadn’t taken many sips because she forgot to add milk; it was too bitter. Not wanting to waste it, she carried it out of the subway station, planning to sip it little by little. 0

"Thief! Catch the thief—" 0

Just as she finished sending a message to Fu Weiheng, Su Wan heard a sharp cry from behind her. Startled, she instinctively turned around. How could she run into two thieves in less than an hour? 0

She saw a black figure wearing a baseball cap and holding stolen goods running swiftly toward her, with a middle-aged woman chasing after him in the distance. Su Wan felt that the baseball cap looked extremely familiar. As the thief approached within just a few meters of her, without thinking twice, Su Wan removed the lid from her cup of coffee and unceremoniously splashed it into his eyes. 0

The thief stumbled back in shock from the sudden liquid and fell to the ground. In a swift motion, Su Wan stepped forward and executed a small joint lock, pinning him down as he screamed loudly. 0

Suddenly, applause erupted around them as passersby gathered to witness this brave girl in action, all shouting praises like "Well done!" 0

Nearby, the Officer hurried over, and Su Wan proactively stepped aside to let them handle the situation. A young Officer, while cuffing the thief, looked up at Su Wan and smiled, "You have some skills, huh? Are you from the police academy?" 0

Su Wan shook her head. "No." 0

Another older Officer gave her a thumbs up. "Very brave." 0

The thief, unwilling to accept his fate, shot a cold glare at Su Wan as he was pulled to his feet. Su Wan noticed the coffee stains on his face and was taken aback; wasn't this the thief who had just tried to steal from Wen Nian? How could he have gotten caught right in front of her? Was this some sort of rivalry? 0

Then she heard the thief angrily shout at her, "Why is it you again? Do I have a grudge against you?" 0

Su Wan calmly met his gaze. "No." 0

The thief was infuriated by her unflinching demeanor and snapped back, "Then why do you keep ruining my plans?" 0

Su Wan frowned slightly and replied leisurely, "Because I don't like you." 0

"…Damn! I'm really having a terrible day!" 0
