Yui has always been a restless person. Although Nor doesn't talk much, she keeps chattering away on her own. 0

"Nor, where are you from?" 0

"Nor, how did you end up here?" 0

"Nor, aren't you going home?" 0

"....." 0

The annoying voice kept ringing in Nor's ears, making it impossible for her to ignore it. At first, she coldly spat out two words, "Shut up." Eventually, she decided to let Yui talk as much as she wanted without responding, hoping the girl would take the hint and stop bothering her. However, despite Yui's small stature, her mouth seemed to contain an endless stream of chatter that never seemed to run out. 0

After a while, Nor actually got used to it. 0

It was already the second day, and the rain continued to pour down, showing no signs of stopping anytime soon. The two of them were trapped in the cave. 0

Nor stood up and glanced at the person sleeping soundly with drool pooling around her mouth in a rather ungraceful manner. There was a hint of disdain in her eyes as she slowly walked to the cave entrance, gazing at the curtain of rain outside with a somewhat blurred vision. 0

It had been a whole night... If her father discovered she was missing, he would definitely send someone to look for her. But this cave was so hidden and it was pouring rain. Thinking about this made her feel increasingly anxious and irritable. 0

Suddenly, a streak of red light flashed across the sky, followed by a loud rumble. Yui, startled from her sleep, jumped up reflexively and shouted, "Thunder and lightning, stop messing around!" 0

Unfortunately, she forgot that she was not in the heavenly realm, but on a stone bed. She suddenly fell to the ground, tumbling hard and hitting her teeth against the floor, causing her to grimace in pain. 0

She opened her dazed eyes, and as her vision gradually cleared, it landed on the slightly lonely figure at the cave entrance. It felt as if something had lightly yet profoundly struck her heart. 0

She did not understand why, despite being just a child, she saw something belonging to adults in him. Was this what humans referred to as having a mind greater than one's age? She didn't comprehend; Mother was right—human society was so complicated. 0

As if sensing her gaze, Nuo suddenly turned around. His deep-set eyes glimmered with a dark light, and the morning light filtered through behind him, casting his face into shadow and creating a hazy silhouette. 0

His brows seemed to be tightly furrowed, disrupting the beauty of his entire face. As if understanding his thoughts, Yui involuntarily spoke up, "Hey, don't be troubled. Just wait for one more day; once my magical powers are restored, I can send you home." 0
