Noah and Black Horse were suddenly surrounded by a transparent circle, their bodies gradually rising along with the circle. For just a moment, Noah's gaze wavered, and his tightly pressed lips parted slightly, but in the end, he said nothing.

"Hey... Yui, can you hear me? Respond to me," he called out. His voice mixed with internal energy penetrated downwards, echoing throughout the valley with lingering tones.

She took out a jade pendant from her pocket, a gift from her father on her first birthday. This pendant wasn't very useful for immortals but could help mortals avoid disasters.
Using her last bit of spiritual power, she held the pendant in one hand while directing it to rise with the other. "Tell Benefactor that I'm fine; I can only send this to him now. This pendant is a keepsake for him; may we meet again someday."
The pendant gradually disappeared from her sight as she slowly closed her eyes. Her legs gave way beneath her, and she collapsed to the ground...
The jade pendant pierced through the clouds, resembling the brightest star in the night sky, and flew into No's hand, conveying its master's intent. The light faded, quietly resting in its new owner's palm.
No gently stroked the jade pendant in his hand, a cool sensation flooding his heart. He slightly curled his lips and silently said, "Goodbye."
