Many times, Firefly wondered what her former Admiral looked like. No matter how hard she tried to recall, she could never remember the face of the Admiral in the picture frame. The only thing she knew was that the Admiral was probably a man... 0

The Photo Booth was small, with a wooden octagonal table placed under the shade of a tree, on which lay several black-and-white photos that had been laminated. There was a family portrait of three, as well as wedding photos of newlyweds. There were silly couple photos and heartwarming scenes of elderly couples walking hand in hand under the sunset... 0

About two meters away from the octagonal table stood a tripod holding an incredibly heavy old-fashioned camera. The Photographer was an elderly man in his sixties. After asking about Chuyang and Firefly's situation, he instructed the two to stand under the Rockery. 0

To be honest, this was indeed a great spot for taking pictures. Surrounding them were tall pine trees, and in this forest clearing of about one hundred square meters, there was a stone-built Rockery about ten meters high at the northern end. A small artificial waterfall splashed down from the top of the Rockery, with the falling water hitting the creek below, creating white splashes and a continuous sound of flowing water. 0

In front of the creek was a flowerbed formed by various plants. Unfortunately, it was Late Autumn now, and most of the flowers had withered, leaving only green vines standing under the warm autumn sun. 0

"This won't do," the old photographer said as he poked his head out from under the black cloth covering the camera and gestured towards Chuyang and Firefly. 0

At that moment, they were holding hands in the center of the flowerbed on a path paved with goose warm stones, their expressions and movements perfectly in place. They really couldn't understand what the Photographer meant. 0

Seeing that Chuyang and Firefly had changed their poses several times under his direction but still didn't achieve the effect he envisioned, the Photographer thought hard for a moment, suddenly slapped his thigh, grabbed a photo from the octagonal table, and walked directly towards them. 0

"Look, it should be like this in the photo! Young lady, you are one of his Fleet Girls, right? Young man, why are you being so reserved? Can't you be a bit more affectionate?" The Photographer pointed at the photo while educating Chuyang. 0

The scene in the photo also featured an Admiral and a Loli Shipgirl, but their poses and expressions were clearly much more intimate than those struck by Ling Yi and Firefly earlier. The young Admiral not only held the Loli girl close but also kissed her on the cheek. Even though it was just a black-and-white photo, Chuyang could sense a feeling called "happiness" emanating from it. 0

"Uh! Got it." 0

Seeing Chuyang understand his intentions, the master craftsman was finally satisfied and put away the photo as he walked towards the camera. 0

"Firefly?" Well! He really wanted to hold the firefly in his arms, but after all, the little girl was not yet his Fleet Girl. He was still in the observation period, and if he acted rashly, who knew if the firefly would like it? If the Loli got angry and walked away, all his previous efforts would be in vain. So it was better to ask first. 0

"Um." The little girl lowered her head, playing with her fingers, a suspicious blush appearing on her small face as she said softly, "You can hold me, but you absolutely cannot kiss me." 0

"Okay, no kissing." The fact that the firefly was willing to let him hold her was already quite rare; how could Chuyang possibly push his luck further? 0

"Then go ahead and hold me!" With that, the firefly opened her arms towards Ling Yi, but she closed her eyes, her small face full of shyness, looking as if she was inviting him to pick her. 0

If this were a youthful and beautiful girl, the scene would probably be quite enticing. Unfortunately, Chuyang was facing a Loli who was only eight or nine years old; apart from being cute, she was just adorable. In that moment, his heart nearly melted from the firefly's cuteness. 0

He squatted down gently and embraced the Loli. At the moment their bodies made contact, Chuyang clearly felt the little girl's body tremble slightly, her petite frame tensing up involuntarily. 0

Since he could remember, apart from being hugged by the older sisters at Naval Base, the firefly had never had such intimate contact with anyone else. Let alone hugs; she rarely allowed other boys to touch her little hands. Therefore, at that moment when she was held by Chuyang, the little girl felt incredibly nervous. However, smelling the faint scent of soap on Chuyang's clothes and feeling the warmth of his embrace gradually calmed her heart. Perhaps this was what an Admiral smelled like—an Admiral's embrace. 0

"Firefly, I'm going to lift you up now!" After sensing that the little girl had relaxed her body, Chuyang straightened up and lifted the firefly off the ground. 0

From the moment Chuyang first embraced the firefly to when he finally lifted her up, over a minute had passed. Fortunately, there were no people waiting for photos behind them, and the Photographer seemed very patient and did not rush them. Otherwise, according to Chuyang's estimation, it would have been impossible for the little girl to relax so quickly. Because he himself was still extremely nervous! 0

In the end, although Chuyang did not kiss the little girl's cheek as requested by the Photographer, the firefly actively leaned her face closer to his until their faces were touching. Thus, the scene was captured at that moment. 0

Under the warm autumn sun in the afternoon, a young man dressed in a White Admiral Uniform held a very cute little girl in his arms while standing in a flower garden. Behind them was a Rockery waterfall with a riverbank covered in pebbles and a clear stream visible below. The brilliant sunlight poured down from above, casting a warm glow around them. Their faces—one big and one small—were pressed closely together, with gentle smiles radiating warmth and happiness. 0

In this era, it is naturally impossible to have color inkjet printers, and photos must wait until they are developed before being picked up. After paying the deposit for the photos and confirming the location of the photo booth with the old master, Chuyang left the photo booth with Firefly. 0

"Goodbye, Grandpa." 0

"Goodbye." Watching Chuyang and Firefly walk away, the Photographer finally withdrew his gaze. "What a sensible little girl; it was worth all the trouble for the old man to take their pictures for so long. It's a pity that young man wouldn't allow their photos to be used for promotion. What a shame for such perfect pictures." 0

Of course, Chuyang would never agree to that, not because he was afraid of any infringement on his portrait rights or anything like that. If it were just his own photo, the Photographer could do whatever he wanted. But that was a picture of him and Firefly together, and this photo held significant commemorative value; how could it be seen by unrelated people? In reality, it was Chuyang's possessiveness acting up; the photos of his Fleet Girls were only for his eyes and could not be displayed for countless others to see. 0

"Brother Chuyang, look, that's the Squirrel Circus." 0
