Jian Chen is filling up a cup with water, holding onto the handle tightly and watching the water flow into the cup with great concentration. The water in the cup is rising higher and is about to overflow, but he seems unaware of the seriousness of the situation and shows no intention of stopping.
Xing Hao observes for a while and then furrows his brow. He walks over, gently moves Jian Chen's cup, and turns off the tap. Jian Chen is startled by this sudden action and looks up at Xing Hao.
"What are you doing?" Xing Hao asked, with a hint of doubt in his tone. Jian Chen paused, looked down at the overflowing cup of water, and realized his mistake. He awkwardly smiled, "I didn't notice the water was full." Xing Hao sighed, took out a tissue from his pocket, and handed it to Jian Chen, "Wipe it off."
Jian Chen took the tissue handed over by Xing Hao and said softly, "Thank you."
Xing Hao smiled and responded, "Be more careful in the future, don't let the water overflow again."
Jian Chen nodded in agreement, but with a hint of displeasure in his response, "I know, why are you so nagging."
Xing Hao observed the change in Jian Chen's mood and curiously asked, "What's wrong with you just now? You seem absent-minded."
Jian Chen sighed, fell silent for a moment, and then explained, "Actually, I'm thinking about something, a little distracted."
Xing Hao curiously asked, "What are you thinking about?"
Jian Chen hesitated for a moment, then said with some concern, "I fell asleep while Xu Yi was video chatting with me last night, and she slept on the table with me all night. I'm worried she might catch a cold."
Xing Hao couldn't help but laugh, "Oh, you can be so caring at times."
Jian Chen still felt uneasy, "But she seems to have a weaker constitution, and I'm afraid she might catch a chill."
Xing Hao patted Jian Chen's shoulder and said, "Don't worry too much. After all, Xu Yi is not a child anymore. She can take care of herself."
Jian Chen seemed to still be lost in thought, and Xing Hao could tell.
Xing Hao continued to ask, "What's really going on? Is it really necessary to be so preoccupied with this matter?"
Jian Chen had no choice but to speak the truth, "I saw her this morning. She didn't want to wake me up, so she didn't hang up the phone and stayed by the table with me all night. Suddenly, I feel like I'm starting to like her more and more. You know, this girl, why is she so lovely?"
Xing Hao was caught off guard by this sudden display of affection, and helplessly gave Jian Chen a look, "Hey, are you trying to make me jealous? I'm still single, and you're pulling this on me."
Jian Chen smiled apologetically, "Oh, come on, I just wanted to share with you. You know I rarely do this."
Xing Hao joked, "Alright, alright, I've had my fill of dog food. I'm off to class, lovesick guy."
Jian Chen chuckled, "Hey, you asked me, and when I answer, you're not happy."
Xing Hao ignored him, just waved his hand, indicating that he was going to the classroom first.

Xu Yi sneezed, and Bai Jinxi suddenly said, "Someone must be missing you."
Xu Yi pushed Bai Jinxi, "Hey, what's up? I just slept on the table last night and caught a little cold."
Bai Jinxi smiled and asked, "Why are you sleeping on the table when you're not feeling well?" This question left Xu Yi speechless, as Bai Jinxi could tell that he didn't want to answer, probably because it was related to Jian Chen. Bai Jinxi pressed on, asking, "What's really going on?"
Xu Yi couldn't resist Bai Jinxi, so he had to tell the truth about what happened last night.
After listening, Bai Jinxi felt that Xu Yi was really silly, "If Jian Chen fell asleep, and you were afraid of waking him up, you could have just gone to bed. It wouldn't have been a problem. Why did you have to sleep with him at the table? Are you silly?"
After listening, Xu Yi felt that Bai Jinxi didn't understand. After all, he was still single, so how could he understand the nuances between a couple?
Xu Yi sighed, "You don't understand, Jian Chen has been tired all day, I don't want to wake him up because of some small noise."
