I often compare life to a long and wonderful journey. In this unique journey, labor and hardship are like the fare we must pay. 0

They are an integral part of the journey, just as climbing a towering mountain requires enduring the hardships of ascent, where every step may be drenched in sweat and accompanied by sore muscles. It is also like traversing a dense jungle, where thorns may cut the skin and mosquitoes might bite, but these are all necessary paths to reach our destination. 0

Along this journey, we can gather a variety of colorful experiences, which are like brilliant gems collected along the way, each radiating its unique glow. 0

When we suffer, we can think of it as wading through water, climbing mountains, navigating narrow paths, and crossing perilous bridges during our travels. 0

This pain may feel like struggling through a storm, with cold rain soaking us to the bone, each step requiring us to fight against the fierce winds and rain. The road beneath our feet may be muddy and treacherous, where one misstep could lead to a fall; or it may feel like being in a desolate desert under a blazing sun, with a throat parched as if on fire. Each step on the soft sand requires immense effort while surrounded by endless yellow dunes with no end in sight. 0

However, when we are happy, it signifies that we have arrived at a beautiful place, shedding our burdens and washing away the dust of travel while enjoying the scenery. It is akin to reaching a valley adorned with blooming flowers, where the sun shines just right, a gentle breeze caresses us, vibrant flowers sway in the wind, their fragrant scents fill the air, birds sing joyfully on branches, and clear streams flow gently. We can fully enjoy this tranquil and beautiful experience. 0

Just like traveling, we cannot stay forever in one scenic spot; after pausing for a while, we must pack our bags again to seek another beautiful place. 0

Being a decent traveler requires immense courage; only those who dare to take risks on their journey can reach the peaks of life and experience joys that others cannot comprehend—such as turning danger into safety, seeing light after darkness, and witnessing spring return after winter. Like adventurer Bear Grylls, who faces countless dangers in the wilderness—encountering fierce beasts or finding himself in dire situations without food or water—he repeatedly transforms peril into safety through great courage and experiences nature's most primal and breathtaking beauty. This joy is something those who remain in comfortable environments will never understand. 0

Therefore, when faced with adversity, we must endure a little longer and muster more courage and confidence; do not focus solely on the hardships of the journey but light up the lamp of hope to illuminate the path you wish to take. 0

Take Helen Keller as an example; despite losing her sight and hearing in tremendous adversity, she was not consumed by darkness and silence. Instead, through her tenacity and unwavering belief, she learned to read, write, and speak, ultimately becoming a great writer and social activist. She lit a lamp in the darkness that illuminated her path forward while bringing hope to countless others in difficult situations. 0

Each of us experiences pressure from our environment; during such times, rather than crying in sorrow, it is better to adapt to our existing conditions and cultivate slowly. When opportunities arise, we will be prepared enough to handle them, leading to improved circumstances. 0

Like a seed pressed beneath a boulder that does not complain about its fate but strives to grow within limited space and nutrients. One day when the boulder is removed, it can quickly thrive due to its prior accumulation of strength and eventually grow into a towering tree. 0

Many facts lead me to believe that one’s life can be minimized while maintaining an optimistic attitude. Like Yan Hui from ancient times who said, "With just a bowl of food and a ladle of drink in a humble alley, people cannot bear their worries but still do not change their joy." Although he lived in extreme material scarcity, he still possessed an optimistic mindset that is admirable. 0

As long as you do not allow yourself to fall into despair, your environment cannot affect you. Like resilient grass in a storm; no matter how fiercely the wind rages, it remains steadfastly rooted and stands tall against adversity. 0

It is truly unfortunate for someone to say they are too busy to read. 0

Yet most of us seem very busy; it feels as if after completing all necessary tasks for the day, we are utterly exhausted. 0

However, we can still acknowledge that no matter how busy a person is, there is always a time of ten to twenty minutes in a day that can be carved out. The issue is that when we find ourselves with free time, we may not have the right book at hand, and the thought of rummaging through the bookshelf can make us reluctant to move. 0

We can imagine that if we could set aside these ten to twenty minutes each day, it would be like creating a small oasis of tranquility in our busy lives. Even if it's just on the subway or during a lunch break, opening a small book and reading a few pages can accumulate over time, nourishing both our knowledge and our spirit. 0

Some people in the world enjoy saving money, some like collecting antiques, others collect stamps and rare items, while some prefer to store beautiful quotes and wisdom from books in their minds. I believe that this last form of storage is the most economically valuable and safest. 0

Because it is not afraid of theft, nor does it fear loss; it is easy to carry and simple to access. Especially since "A Person with Knowledge and Culture Naturally Exudes Elegance," it allows one to possess grace and poise that far surpasses the luxury of clothing or the accumulation of wealth in one's home. 0

It enables you to enjoy peace and contentment, bringing joy that cannot be compared to those who toil year-round for profit, fearing the loss of their savings. 0

When we see those well-read individuals, their temperament radiates from within. Just like Dong Qing when she hosts a program; every word she speaks and every action she takes is filled with cultural depth. That kind of elegance and wisdom cannot be bought with money. 0

It is common for people to engage in verbal sparring, where you insult me once, and I must retaliate three times, believing it to be a significant victory in spirit. 0

However, in reality, we know that regardless of whether the dispute is big or small, as long as there are disagreements and opinions involved, one cannot feel comfortable. Whether one wins or loses, there will inevitably be considerable mental losses. 0

The result of competing over trivial matters will surely turn the unintentional into intentional actions and escalate minor issues into major conflicts, making peaceful coexistence even more difficult in the future. It’s like two roosters fighting; what may start as a minor clash can lead to a fierce competition where both end up injured, affecting the harmony of the entire flock. 0

"Harmony Brings Good Fortune." If you want to live happily and peacefully, do not forget the importance of "harmony." Harmony is not weakness; someone who understands its value can use it as an invisible weapon. It can help avoid getting caught up in pointless arguments, overcome adversaries who may be detrimental to oneself, and even turn enemies into friends. 0

Just like Lin Xiangru's tolerance towards Lian Po; Lin Xiangru prioritized national interests and maintained harmony despite Lian Po's provocations. In the end, he won over Lian Po, and they became close friends who contributed to the prosperity and stability of Zhao State together. 0

Ask yourself what you want to achieve. What do you desire most? First, find this answer within your heart. 0

Perhaps you wish to become wealthy. Then you can imagine having immense wealth like Bill Gates, using it to improve the world by providing medical care and education resources for those in impoverished areas. 0

Maybe after becoming rich, you want to create an orchard for yourself. You can envision strolling through your orchard, picking fresh fruits by hand while enjoying the tranquility and pleasure of rural life. 0

Or perhaps you plan to travel abroad to experience different cultures, just like those students studying overseas who immerse themselves in diverse customs and forge friendships with people from all around the world. 0

Perhaps you want to take the college entrance examination and strive for your dream university, experiencing countless nights of studying by lamplight, ultimately feeling the joy of receiving an acceptance letter from your ideal school. 0

Maybe you aspire to be a musician, painter, or writer. When you become a musician, you can express your love for life and your struggle against fate through music, just like Beethoven. 0

Perhaps you wish to be a painter, depicting the vibrant world in your heart with a brush like Van Gogh. 0

Or maybe you want to be a writer, awakening the sleeping people with words like Lu Xun. 0

Once you have determined your goals, you will find that many aspects of life suddenly become meaningful, while others lose their importance. At that moment, you will discover a force within yourself that propels you forward, preventing you from being aimlessly lazy. 0

Do not think that spending early morning time appreciating the world is a waste. If you often enjoy fresh and bright mornings, your spirit will surely be more vigorous, your mood quite pleasant, and your mind exceptionally clear. This way, you will live grounded in reality, with deeper and clearer insights than others. 0

In the early morning, when the first rays of sunlight shine upon the earth and birds begin to sing joyfully, with flowers still adorned with sparkling dew, you can see leaves gently swaying in the breeze as if showcasing their vitality to the world. 0

At this time, you will feel the magic and beauty of nature; this beauty will seep into your heart and fill you with energy. 0

Appreciating the beauty of the world is also a form of gain. It is not only through studying that one can achieve rewards. A person who only knows how to study but does not understand how to appreciate and love this world renders their knowledge meaningless. 0

Just like those bookworms who only know how to study hard; although they may be well-versed in knowledge, they cannot appreciate the beauty of life. They are like machines that store information but lack insight and passion for living. 0

Nothing is more precious than happiness, which is universally pursued by people. Our problem is that we often do not know how to recognize and grasp happiness; sometimes we do not know how to discover or extract joy from unhappiness. 0

Happiness is like a treasure hidden in life; sometimes we need to search for it earnestly. For instance, amidst busy work, a smile from a colleague or an encouraging word can become a source of joy. 0

Being part of a group brings happiness. No matter how much one believes they enjoy solitude, when joining many others in pursuit of a common goal at the same pace, one feels invigorated. 0

It is like participating in a marathon; when you run alongside numerous other runners on the track, encouraging and supporting each other creates an atmosphere of unity and progress that fills you with strength. 0

Happiness is a virtue because it not only reflects one's appreciation and admiration for the world but also brings warmth and lightness to those around them. 0

No one dares to say that their life is devoid of any pain and filled only with joy. 0

However, some people can maintain an optimistic and appreciative attitude towards life because they understand that everything in the world has both its bitter and sweet sides, and the joy extracted from suffering is truly the song of victory. 0

Just like those soldiers who have been tempered by the trials of war, they endure immense pain during the conflict, but when the war ends and they rebuild their homes, the joy of rising from the ruins is invaluable. 0

To be honest, the pain experienced by individuals is limited, while the hopes and values of existence in this world are multifaceted. 0

We should not focus on our narrow and limited personal experiences but instead see the vastness and richness of the world. This allows us to realize that many things we consider significant are merely trivial matters. 0

Happiness is joy; a person who can find happiness in the ordinary aspects of daily life is indeed more fortunate than others. Just like an ordinary Janitor, who works hard but finds joy in keeping the streets clean. When he sees the smiles on pedestrians' faces as they walk on clean streets, he feels happiness himself. 0

Wherever we go in life, we will encounter others! 0

Do not think that because the world is vast and there are many roads, those you offend will never cross your path again. We often find that people are always crowding along a few familiar routes, and at any moment, we might run into each other again. 0

Thinking about this, we may come to realize that enduring a moment of anger or giving way to others is not really a loss. 0

Just like in a narrow hallway where everyone is eager to get through; if no one yields, they will be stuck there. However, if one side gives way just a little, everyone can pass smoothly. This not only reflects a sense of generosity but also embodies a wisdom for living. 0

If I say too much, you might think I am trying to feed you motivational platitudes, but the truth is as such. Whether you choose to drink this bowl of soup is up to you, but making it is my responsibility! 0
