Zhiruo felt a mix of emotions in her heart; she didn't understand why seeing Li Ye look at Yan Yuchen with such tenderness made her feel so uncomfortable. She was restless and irritated. "Could it be that I've developed feelings for Brother Ye?" Zhiruo muttered to herself as she gathered some herbs. She tried hard to focus on the task at hand, but images of Li Ye and Yan Yuchen fighting side by side kept flashing through her mind.

Seeing Li Ye holding Yan Yuchen's hand stirred a pang of jealousy in Zhiruo's heart again. Zhiruo was preparing some potions for everyone and said softly, "These potions can help us recover our stamina and injuries at critical moments. I hope they will be of assistance."
Li Ye looked at Yan Yuchen and said firmly, "It's time to test the true power of the Nine Nether Spirit Control Technique!" He slowly walked over to the corpse of the Shadow Assassin that had fallen in battle yesterday, took out a bell, and began to chant a spell.

As the incantation and hand seals were completed, the female corpse on the ground suddenly trembled, swaying as it stood up awkwardly, twisting its body in an eerie manner while letting out low growls.
The revived female corpse was tall and curvaceous; despite her pale complexion, her features remained exquisite, as if she had been an unparalleled beauty in life. Her long hair cascaded down her shoulders, and her eyes glimmered with red light, exuding an aura of death and malevolence. Her skin was as white as snow with a hint of cold sheen; she wore tattered Shadow Assassin attire that revealed parts of her smooth skin, yet her beauty carried a deadly danger.
Her nails elongated into sharp points like blades, creating chilling winds with every movement. The corners of her mouth curled slightly upward to reveal sharp fangs, as if she were always ready to bite into an enemy's throat.
Li Ye gazed at her and said softly, "You are my puppet under the Nine Nether Spirit Control Technique; from now on, you will obey my commands."
The female corpse let out a low growl and slowly knelt down, indicating submission. Li Ye nodded in satisfaction, secretly marveling at the powerful force of the Nine Nether Spirit Control Technique.
Yan Yuchen and Zhiruo watched this scene, filled with shock and awe. Zhiruo furrowed her brow slightly but dared not disturb Li Ye, as he was their strongest force at the moment.

Li Ye turned to Yan Yuchen and Zhiruo, his eyes filled with determination. "Now that we have a stronger force, let's go destroy the Shadow Assassin's Base and show them that we are not to be trifled with!"
The three set off on a new journey under Yan Yuchen's lead, while Li Ye was finally ready to leave this great mountain!
