As she hesitated, Rafas secretly brought the jade pendant from under her pillow to her eyes, looking dangerous as he said, "I think this thing is quite nice. How about we trade it for something else? What do you say?"
"No... you can't take it. This is the only relic left to me by my Empress. You can't take it. You can take anything else from me, including my life, but not this jade pendant!" She frantically snatched the pendant back from his hand. She lied to him; she couldn't admit that this was a token of love between her and General Longze. The Empress had once said that no matter what kind of man it was, they would be very considerate about such matters, so she couldn't let him know. Even though he only wanted to torment her, this fact had to be kept hidden in her heart.
Rafas didn't dwell on the pendant and allowed her to take it back. From the moment he brought her back and tore her clothes, he had noticed the pendant. It did seem valuable, but he wasn't interested in that; what he wanted was her—this woman filled with enchanting fragrance!
"Heh heh... Are you sure you're willing to trade anything on you for me?" Rafas deliberately emphasized his tone as he asked her, waiting for her response. He wanted her to keep her promise and willingly stay in the castle.
"Yes!" The simple-minded Yan Wushuang was now solely focused on protecting the jade pendant in her hand and didn't consider his words further; she nodded in agreement.
A dangerous aura gradually approached her as Rafas flipped over and pinned Yan Wushuang beneath him. It was at this moment that Yan Wushuang realized what he intended to do. Her panicked eyes fixed on him as her tense heart barely managed to utter a few words: "What do you want to do to me?"
"What do I want to do? Didn't you promise to trade your life for me? Right now, I don't want your life yet, so let's start with you." His enchanting eyes sparkled as they gazed at the woman's snow-white skin beneath him, making it increasingly difficult for him to control himself.
"You... I..." Yan Wushuang thought carefully for a moment and realized she had fallen into his trap; this despicable man had deceived her!
"Stop thinking about it. Since you've already promised me, you must fulfill your commitment. I will also tell you the answer you want." The man leaned down and whispered warm breath into her ear.
A cry escaped from the woman in the room again. This man truly didn't know what he was made of; his energy was astonishingly abundant, causing Yan Wushuang to faint several times throughout the night. It felt as if she was endlessly repeating the same actions, leaving her with a sense of despair!
Suddenly, a phone rang. Rafas swiftly picked up his phone from the ground. After hearing the report on the line, he immediately stood up and walked toward the bathroom. Soon after, the sound of running water could be heard from inside. When he emerged from the bathroom, he had already changed his appearance. Seeing the woman still asleep on the bed, he approached her side and leaned close to her ear, softly warning her: "I'm going out for a while. While I'm gone, you stay here obediently. I'll tell you the answer when I return."
Yan Wushuang's eyes remained tightly closed. Rafas knew she was pretending to sleep; however, regardless of whether she heard him or not, his words were commands. If anyone dared to defy him, he would make sure their head exploded like a watermelon.
The close contact stirred a reaction in him, damn it, but this was not the time to play with women. He had more important matters to attend to. Those who dared to toy with him would face an extraordinary consequence.
