Ieyako nodded. She had never been very clear about Wushuang's identity, so she decided to wait until tomorrow for the answer. 0

At nine o'clock in the morning in Las Vegas, Mike had already located the signal and gathered all the information to present to Rafas. 0

Rafas, with his deep and angular face, exuded a dangerous aura. Looking at the information collected by Mike, he slightly raised the corner of his mouth and said, "Who did I think it was? It turns out they are meddling in this. It seems the Yamaguchi-gumi is preparing to change leadership!" 0

Checking the time in Tokyo, Japan, it was now eleven o'clock at midnight. Well, Rafas never disturbed anyone's peaceful dreams; he would give her a day to rest. He was curious to see what tricks she could play this time. Just because she found the Yamaguchi-gumi as her backing didn't mean she was impressive; he didn't take them seriously at all. 0

"Master, what should we do now?" Mike waited for his orders before taking any further action. 0

Just as Rafas was about to say something, Faisal walked in with Shouya. His face was as dark as if he were slaughtering a pig, indicating just how angry he was. 0

"What are you planning to do to bring your little lamb back?" Rafas asked with an air of superiority, showing no signs of being affected by the situation. 0

Upon hearing this, Faisal got angry and kicked Shouya hard from behind, glaring at him and shouting, "I plan to go personally. What arrangements do you have?" 0

"There's no rush. Let's see what attitude that old man Yamamoto Kazuo has tomorrow. If he dares to confront us Solomon head-on, then you'll have to go personally and put in some effort to clean up the Yamaguchi-gumi's mess. That old man is about due for a reckoning," Rafas said, waving his hand at Mike. The large study was left with just these three men, each with their own thoughts. 0

This time, Yan Wushuang's disappearance was partly Shouya's responsibility. In front of Rafas, he dared not say another word, but since Faisal was going to Japan, he wanted to go along as well. 0

Rafas shot an unhappy glare at Shouya. The intensity of their gazes could have pierced through him. If he had known that Ice House would encounter trouble, he would never have left her side; he would have followed her in regardless of the danger! 0

At this point, blaming Shouya was pointless. Faisal stood up and walked over to the liquor cabinet, taking out several glasses and a bottle of Lafite. After pouring each of them a glass and savoring a sip, he looked up at Rafas and said, "To be honest, Lefas, I think you must have already thought of a strategy to deal with those Japanese." 0

Rafas shook his wine glass slightly, looking at the bright red wine that resembled blood inside it. He leisurely replied, "Strategy? A mere Yamaguchi-gumi doesn't require much strategy." 0

After taking another sip and enjoying it with his eyes closed, his actions left Shouya unable to guess what he was thinking. While the Yamaguchi-gumi wasn't particularly strong—just another gang in Japan—it certainly wasn't something that could be resolved with just a gun! 0

"Since you say that, I understand now. Let's wait for old man Yamamoto Kazuo's answer tomorrow!" Perhaps Faisal was the only one who could comprehend what Rafas was truly thinking. 0

Shouya sat on the side. Although he didn't know what those two were plotting, given their style, he was certain of one thing: if Yamamoto Kazuo didn't obediently hand over those two tomorrow, then blood would flow like rivers for the Yamaguchi-gumi! 0

After a night of sweet dreams, Yan Wushuang opened her hazy eyes. She was the first to get up and stood by the window, gazing at the free sky outside with a smile on her face. She was free! She was truly free! 0

It all felt like a dream. She had originally thought that General Longze had died in that rebellion, but unexpectedly, after their parting that day, they had really met again. The most astonishing part was that their meeting place was in this world a thousand years later. 0

"Wushuang, you woke up so early!" Ieyako turned around but did not see Wushuang beside her. Looking around the room, she realized that Wushuang had already gotten up. 0

Yan Wushuang turned back in response, smiling apologetically. "Did I wake you? I'm so sorry! I'm just so happy; I can hardly believe I've really left that splendid cage behind, and the general is back by my side, isn't he?" 0

"Yes, yes, yes, he is indeed by your side. However, Wushuang, I don't know if you've noticed? I feel like Miss Misa has some unusual feelings for your general. Moreover, he has amnesia now and can't remember anything about your past together. Don't blame me for pouring cold water on you; you need to seize this opportunity," Yezi said as she got out of bed and stood beside her. 0

Yan Wushuang simply looked at Yezi silently without saying a word. In fact, she had noticed too that Miss Misa's feelings for Long Yi were not ordinary. Whenever she looked at him, there would usually be a dazzling light in her eyes. Perhaps… this is love? 0

Long Ze had a sleepless night. Last night he forced himself to sleep, but his mind was filled with many uncertainties that kept him tossing and turning all night long. 0

At the dining table, Yamamoto Ryuichi spoke broken Chinese to entertain Wushuang. At first, he acted this way when facing Long Yi as well. If it weren't for Long Yi's high comprehension skills and quick learning of foreign languages, their communication wouldn't have gone so smoothly. 0

Japanese food seemed somewhat unaccustomed to Wushuang; her digestion wasn't very good, so she never ate raw food. However, since they served sashimi and fish slices, she couldn't refuse their hospitality. After forcing herself to eat a few pieces, she soon felt a stomachache, alarming everyone in the room. 0

Fortunately, after the doctor checked her and said there were no major issues, Long Yi finally felt relieved. Yezi stayed by her side throughout while Misa seemed to grow impatient waiting. 0

"Wushuang, what exactly is your relationship with Long Yi? What are your identities?" Misa hesitated for a while before rushing forward to ask the questions she wanted answers to. 0

Hearing the question from behind him, Long Yi immediately turned around to look at her and scolded, "Misa, can't you see that Wushuang is feeling unwell?" 0

"I..." Misa found it hard to respond. For the first time, this was the loudest Long Yi had ever spoken to her, and it was for another girl. 0

Yan Wushuang's face appeared pale and weak. They should have told Misa about their identities yesterday. Insisting on having Yezi help her up, she took out a phoenix-shaped jade pendant from her bag that she had been holding. 0

Both Misa and Long Yi stared at the jade pendant in her hand in surprise. However, Long Yi quickly regained his composure and took out his own piece from his hand to fit it together with Wushuang's piece, revealing a complete circle! 0

"The jade pendants are a pair!" Yezi exclaimed in astonishment, her voice resonating deeply in everyone's hearts present. 0

Yamamoto Kazuo just entered and saw them holding the combined jade pendant. He quietly sat on the side sofa, listening to their story. 0

Yan Wushuang looked at the complete jade pendant, her eyes suddenly reddening as she swallowed her tears and began her story with a slight choke: "You might find it hard to believe, but every word I say is true. I come from a small kingdom located in China over a thousand years ago, called the Great Yan Kingdom. My name is Yan Wushuang, and I am the Princess Wushuang of the Great Yan Kingdom. Long Ze is also our kingdom's most valiant national general!" 0

Seeing everyone in the room looking at her in utter astonishment, regardless of their thoughts, this was a fact that could not be changed. 0

"Wushuang, please continue. I believe your identity, but I don't understand how you and General Longze came to this world a thousand years later. Is there a method for this? I once read in books that ancient Chinese sorcery was quite powerful. Did you use such methods to arrive here?" Ieyako listened nervously, never having imagined that her close friend could be an ancient princess who traveled through time. 0

Yan Wushuang shook her head, denying Ieyako's suggestion, and continued to recount the vivid scenes from her memory: "Our Great Yan Kingdom is rich and fertile, always seen as a prize by those great nations. Finally, the Celestial Empire could no longer contain their ambition and sent troops to attack my Great Yan Kingdom. Outnumbered, even though General Longze was highly skilled in martial arts, he could not withstand the hundred thousand elite soldiers of the enemy. When they broke through the city gates and attacked the palace, my father ordered General Longze to lead a team to escort me out of the palace immediately. For my sake, General Longze fought bravely and sustained many injuries. However, a fatal arrow struck him after we burst out of the palace; it was set up by the enemy prince in an ambush. To protect me, the general took three arrows. The pursuing soldiers were right behind us. The general suggested we split up; he would draw away the pursuers while I fled in another direction. That was how I ended up separated from him." 0

Long Yi's palms were sweating continuously; it turned out all of this was true. He really was a general, and could this princess truly belong to him? Why had they come to this world? 0

Everyone held their breath as if waiting for the most crucial part of the story to be revealed by Wushuang. 0

Yan Wushuang looked at him with confusion; she knew he had lost his memory, which left him so bewildered and blank! 0

"Before we parted, the general had already fainted. I cried for a long time and chose to follow his advice to escape in two directions. However, the enemy prince was determined to capture me alive and had set ambushes at every intersection waiting for me to walk into their trap! Unfortunately, I was forced back to a cliff. To preserve my purity, I took with me the love that the general had for me along with his token and jumped off the cliff!" As she spoke these words, Wushuang's tears could no longer be controlled and fell down her cheeks. Long Yi beside her couldn't hold back his concern any longer and stepped forward to embrace her. 0

In this moment, Misa was completely stunned. After hearing so much, she seemed to understand but also felt utterly confused about what was happening. 0

Wushuang sobbed in Long Yi's arms; she found it hard to speak about what happened afterward… 0
