Rafas chuckled at her curious expression. Her speaking lifted his mood significantly as he opened the stack and found a page.
“Darling, this book is a nutritional recipe. I think it’s quite reasonable in terms of nutrition, so I brought it for you to see what you like to eat. The chef will prepare it specially for you!” His dark eyes shone with seriousness as Yan Wushuang looked at him in astonishment. A complex emotion flickered in her beautiful eyes as if she were staring at an alien.
Noticing her unusual gaze, Rafas smiled and affectionately ruffled her hair before saying, “I understand that enjoying local cuisine during our honeymoon would be more enjoyable. Yan Wushuang felt her neck heat up from his words and hurriedly pushed him away, shooting him an angry glance. It seemed she wanted to say something but ultimately held back.
Rafas withdrew his eager demeanor and looked at her seriously, softly saying, "Even now, you still don't want to?"
He had noticed her indifferent expression throughout their journey; how could he not understand her anxious heart?
Wushuang gazed into his unfathomable eyes. There was a fleeting ripple in her gaze, but it quickly settled down. Her voice was as quiet and gentle as night flowers as she replied, "Haven't I already married you?"

The eloquent man found himself at a loss for words to explain his past actions. After a pause, he said seriously, "But I truly just want to keep you by my side. Yan Wushuang looked at him; her watery eyes gradually reflected a deep blue like the serene sea. Ever since returning from Japan, he had become particularly tender, often leaving her somewhat dazed when she looked at him.
