"Because starting tomorrow, I have plans to eat in the cafeteria with someone every day and then go to class or study together, so I won’t be coming back to the dorm."

Especially regarding An Shaojie's attitude towards Xu Wen, his gaze often seemed as if he wanted to swallow him whole. Although Xu Wen was generally gentle and polite, being young and impetuous, combined with An Shaojie's sometimes sharp words, even those with a good temper could find it hard to tolerate. Thus, there were times when Xu Wen inevitably found himself angered by him.
When two hot-headed young people clashed, it could truly become an unpleasant situation, especially with An Shaojie's stubbornness that relentlessly provoked others, which sometimes made the atmosphere in the dormitory feel suffocating.
However, young people naturally prefer a relaxed and cheerful environment, so they always hoped these two would reconcile. This way, their nerves would be eased; otherwise, they would constantly worry that one wrong word might ignite a fuse or step on a landmine that would cause an explosion between the two. The discomfort between the two—no, to be precise, the discomfort caused by An Shaojie—could make everyone in the dormitory unhappy. As the class leader, when An Shaojie was in a bad mood, he was unwilling to hold class activities.
