Huang Renjie led a group of people quickly crossing the rooftop, his eyes fixed ahead, seeing the knights below had already surrounded the building and begun to climb up. Faced with this situation, he had to make a quick decision. Without hesitation, he signaled everyone to jump to the rooftop of another building, hoping to escape the pursuers.
Huang Renjie swiftly leaped through the gap to the adjacent building, successfully evading the pursuit of the knights with the team. However, Shin was left at the back, knowing that several knights were following them. He picked up roof tiles and, aiming at the pursuers, fiercely threw them. The tiles whistled through the air, instantly hitting one of the knights, who let out a painful scream, falling on the rooftop, dropping his weapon. This strike relieved their pressure, giving them more time to escape the pursuit of the assailants.
As a few people escaped, the knights of Racing gang began shooting at them. On the rooftop, with insufficient cover, the group could only keep moving and pray that the bullets wouldn't hit them. Each gunshot made the atmosphere extremely tense, as they knew that any bullet could bring deadly harm.
Huang Renjie calmly descended the fire escape, while Shin grabbed nearby tiles and continuously threw them at their pursuers, trying to distract their attention. The flying tiles made a piercing collision sound, successfully drawing the attention of most of the enemies, allowing Huang Renjie and Kevin a chance to escape.
Huang Renjie and Kevin quickly climbed down the fire escape and rushed towards the parking spot in a state of urgency. However, when they arrived at the alley, the members of the Racing gang who were waiting there had already noticed their arrival and immediately surrounded them. At that moment, a melee erupted, with the sounds of fists and footsteps intertwining to create chaos.
Meanwhile, Shin also encountered a dilemma. He was blocked by members of the Racing gang from going downstairs, and a gun-wielding enemy threatened him, preventing him from continuing forward. Shin reluctantly held his head in his hands and squatted down, indicating surrender, causing some of the Racing gang members to relax their vigilance. However, at that moment, he suddenly brandished the small knife at his waist. One of the gun-wielding enemies, unable to react in time, was directly stabbed in the throat and fell down. Then, Shin instantly exploded into action, kicking another member who was blocking his path off the roof.
Other enemies realized that the situation was not right, but it was already too late. Shin leaped up, grabbed the water pipe of the adjacent building, quickly slid down, and avoided the pursuit. His movements were fast and agile, leaving the Racing gang members helpless, only able to watch him escape.
On the other side, Huang Renjie and Kevin were engaged in a fierce struggle, fighting with patrol members. At this critical moment, a female member appeared, holding a handgun, and suddenly entered the battlefield. She immediately pointed at the two, ordering them not to move.
Kevin is trying to use past friendship to persuade this female member, hoping she will spare him. He pleads, "Sister Cai! You were the one who nurtured me, and I've also put in effort for the Racing gang, so please spare me!"
However, Sister Cai just sneers, showing no emotion on her face. She mocks, "Spare you? You need to understand, the organization won't spare you. If I spare you, it means we'll be hunted by the organization. So, Kevin, you must pay the price for your choices. All of you must die." Her tone is cold and ruthless, seemingly indifferent to their life or death.
At this moment, Shin's sudden appearance changed the situation. He quickly rushed towards Sister Cai Cai, knocking her to the ground and taking the gun from her hand. He aimed at the other Racing gang members, threatening them, which made the atmosphere extremely tense.
Huang Renjie and Kevin saw the opportunity and immediately rushed to the car parked at the alley entrance, starting the engine. Huang Renjie tightly gripped the steering wheel, with Kevin in the passenger seat. Their hearts raced, not knowing what would happen next.
Shin stood in place, holding a gun, facing an increasing number of members from the Racing gang, the situation was very dangerous. Just then, Huang Renjie drove at a very fast speed, and the front of the car violently collided with the guys standing in the road. They couldn't respond to this sudden attack, and several of them were knocked out and fell to the ground.
The car screeched to a stop, and Huang Renjie quickly opened the car door, signaling for Shin to get in quickly. Shin jumped into the car without hesitation, the car quickly started and left the dangerous place.
The car quickly fled on the night street, with angry curses from the Racing gang members behind and a few sporadic bullets flying past. In the darkness, the sparks of the bullets flashed, but fortunately did not hit the car.
Huang Renjie focused on driving, trying to avoid the gang members following them as much as possible. Their car shuttled on the street, running red lights and dodging threats from different directions. Shin tightly gripped the handgun, ready to deal with any possible emergencies.
Finally, when only black reflections were seen in the rearview mirror, everyone's sensitive nerves finally relaxed a little. This life-and-death chase had left everyone with lingering fear.
Kevin asked anxiously, "What should we do next? We can't keep hiding like this."
Huang Renjie pondered and said, "You're right, we can't keep hiding here. We need to find a place to rest, reassess the situation, and then continue our investigation."
So they continued on, heading to the southern part of the city to find a safe place to rest for a moment, regain their strength, and plan their next move.
