In the borderlands of The world of owls, Yunyi and his companions shuttle through a dense forest shrouded in light mist. The mist in the forest seems to carry a hint of an unusual atmosphere, giving people a sense of inexplicable oppression. As they venture deeper, the surrounding scenery gradually becomes gloomy, and the vines between the ancient trees seem like outstretched tentacles, as if secretly observing this group of unwelcome guests.
"This forest, something's not right." Iron bull tightly grips a huge battle axe, his brow furrowed, his deep voice sounding particularly clear in the silent forest.
Yunyi nodded, his gaze sharp as a knife, sweeping over every shadow around them. "Stay alert, every inch of this land could be hiding danger."
Suddenly, a faint sound came from their right side, like a gentle breeze brushing through the leaves. In this silent forest, any small movement was enough to catch their attention.
"There's someone!" Liufei's voice was low and tense, his long sword already drawn, its cold light shimmering in the mist. His figure was as agile as a leopard, ready to respond to any sudden attack.
The four quickly formed a back-to-back defensive formation, vigilantly observing the movements around them. Just then, figures began to emerge from the mist, their forms flickering in and out like elusive ghosts.
"Necromancer!" Xiao Jin's voice carried a hint of coldness, her bow already drawn with an arrow, ready to shoot at any moment.
Suddenly, the figures accelerated towards them, stirring up ripples in the mist, the howls of the Necromancers echoing through the forest.
"Here they come!" Yunyi shouted, charging towards the nearest Necromancer. His longsword traced brilliant sword beams in the air, each swing carrying a soul-shaking force.
The battle erupted swiftly, with the Necromancers' attacks wild and fierce. However, with Yunyi and their close cooperation, the Necromancers fell one by one.
The battle axe of Iron bull is like a giant axe, and every time it falls, it is accompanied by the wails of the Necromancer; Liufei's long sword dances like the wind, his figure shuttling through the Necromancer group, leaving a pile of Necromancer corpses; while Xiao Jin's arrows are incredibly precise, each shot capable of piercing a Necromancer's skull.
Just as Yunyi and the others thought they were about to eliminate all the Necromancer, a strong sense of oppression swept from the depths of the forest. They turned to see a high-ranking Necromancer in a black robe slowly walking out, its eyes shimmering with a faint green light, as if it could see into the depths of the human heart.
"Finally, I've met you." Yunyi tightly gripped the long sword, staring firmly at the black-robed Necromancer leader, feeling an unprecedented challenge.
The black-robed Necromancer leader sneered, his voice filled with contempt, "You mortals dare to trespass into my territory, truly seeking death."
As soon as the words fell, the black-robed Necromancer leader waved his hand, and the surrounding Necromancers, as if receiving an order, launched a fierce attack once again. But this time, their attack was even more ferocious, as if they were determined to fight to the death.
Yunyi and the others quickly responded, but they also felt unprecedented pressure. In order to defeat this black-robed Necromancer leader, they had to use even greater power.
"Give it your all, don't let any Necromancer get close!" Yunyi shouted loudly, determination shining in his eyes.
Upon hearing this, Iron bull, Liufei, and Xiao Jin all snapped to attention, pushing their combat abilities to the limit. Their coordination became even more seamless, forming an indestructible defensive formation that defeated the Necromancers one by one.
As the battle progressed, Yunyi gradually felt the true strength of the black-robed Necromancer leader. Every encounter made him deeply aware of the opponent's extraordinary abilities.
Finally, in a fierce clash, Yunyi seized the opportunity and thrust his sword towards the vital point of the black-robed Necromancer leader. However, at that moment, the black-robed Necromancer leader's figure flashed and unexpectedly turned into a black mist, evading this fatal blow.
"Do you think this is enough to defeat me?" The voice of the black-robed Necromancer echoed from all directions, full of mockery.
Yunyi gritted his teeth, knowing that the enemy in front of him was far more powerful than he had imagined. But at that moment, an unprecedented determination and courage surged within him.
"No matter who you are, today I must defeat you!" Yunyi shouted loudly, and a strong light burst from his body, gathering a powerful force within him. At this moment, he seemed to be breathing with the earth and sky, stirring the surrounding natural forces and creating an overwhelming momentum.
Iron bull, Liufei, and Xiao Jin also gathered their own strength, ready to support Yunyi. At this critical moment, the power of the four of them seemed to merge into one, forming an invisible barrier that pushed back the black mist of the black-robed Necromancer leader.
The black-robed Necromancer general obviously did not expect that these few mortals could unleash such powerful force under pressure. Its black mist appeared to be getting thinner and thinner under the combined efforts of the four, gradually revealing its true form.
"Now!" Yunyi shouted at the sight, and the long sword in his hand once again burst into a dazzling light, pointing directly at the black-robed Necromancer general.
This sword contains all of Yunyi's strength and determination. Where the tip of the sword points, the space seems to be torn apart. The black-robed Necromancer leader tries to turn into black mist to escape again, but this time it finds itself unable to move, trapped by that powerful force.
As the sword light flashes, a scream echoes in the forest, followed by a loud noise. The body of the black-robed Necromancer leader is pierced by a sword, turning into countless fragments and dissipating into the air.
With the demise of the black-robed Necromancer commander, the surrounding Necromancers seemed to lose their direction and began to scatter. Before long, they were each eliminated by Yunyi and others.
After the battle, the four of them sat on the ground, exhausted and panting heavily. Yunyi looked up at the sky and saw the dawn breaking, with golden light shining through the treetops, illuminating the land that had just experienced a fierce battle.
"We finally succeeded, but this Necromancer was even more formidable. Not only could he control Necromancer, but he could also hide in the black mist," Yunyi said with a smile, her eyes filled with the calmness that comes after release.
Iron bull brushed off the dust from his body and revealed a satisfied smile, "Yes, but we still succeeded. This is just the beginning, and there are more Necromancers waiting for us to slay."
Liufei and Xiao Jin also nodded one after another, their eyes shining with determination. This victory made them realize more deeply the power of unity.
Yunyi stood up, dusted off his clothes, and looked into the distance. "Let's continue moving forward. The road to eradicate the Necromancer is still long, but I believe that as long as we persist, we will eventually be able to eliminate all the Necromancer."
The four of them packed up their gear and set out on their journey once again.
