Su Xinli and the knight left the ancient tree, preparing to face the next challenge - the Phantom Maze.
As they entered the maze, a mysterious force enveloped the entire space, causing the surrounding scenery to become distorted and eerie. Inside the maze, there seemed to be countless branching paths, each leading to different illusions and trials.
"This is a maze," the knight looked around with a serious expression. "We need to be careful not to get lost in this illusion."
Su Xinli nodded, feeling the heavy pressure in her heart. This illusion maze was full of various tests, and only by passing all the trials could they continue forward.
As they walked, they suddenly came to a very eerie scene: a purple mist enveloped the entire space, making the surroundings hazy and unclear.
"What place is this?" Su Xinli looked around in confusion, feeling her mind becoming muddled as well.
"This is the illusionary realm of the Phantom Maze," the knight said. "We must stay alert and not be influenced by the illusions."
As they were about to continue forward, suddenly, a strong beam of light shot towards them. Su Xinli and the knight quickly closed their eyes, trying to resist this powerful force.
After the light faded, they found themselves in another place, a tranquil and peaceful lakeside.
"Where are we?" Su Xinli looked around curiously, feeling a sense of familiarity about the place.
"This is our spiritual place," the knight said with a smile. "Here, we can see our inner world."
Su Xinli instantly understood, took a deep breath, and tried to remain calm. By this lakeside, they would face the trials of their innermost selves, and only by overcoming these trials could they find the Key to Peace.
"We will face this challenge together," Su Xinli said firmly. She believed that as long as they trusted each other, they would be able to overcome any difficulty.
The knight nodded, and they walked hand in hand towards the depths of the lake, ready to face their inner trials.
The water surface by the lake reflects the sky, and the deep blue lake water seems to cleanse the heart. Su Xinli and the knight stand by the lake, gazing at the reflection in the water, filled with anticipation and nervousness.
Suddenly, ripples appear on the lake, and a phantom emerges, revealing Su Xinli's deepest fear - the image of her facing the Immortal Demon War alone, surrounded by a sea of fire, filled with the cries of war and the sounds of painful weeping.
Su Xinli Her heart trembled, and she wanted to escape this illusion, but she found herself unable to move, as if trapped in an inescapable dream.
"This is your fear in your heart," the knight's voice suddenly sounded, "Only by facing it, can you overcome it."
Su Xinli took a deep breath, trying to calm her mind. She began to recall the various difficulties she had experienced, striving to find the courage and strength to overcome them.
Gradually, she felt her mind becoming clearer, and the fear dissipating. When she opened her eyes again, she found herself back by the lake, filled with a sense of inexplicable comfort and determination.
"Thank you, knight," Su Xinli looked at him gratefully, knowing that she had once again experienced growth and breakthrough.
The knight smiled and nodded, and they exchanged a knowing smile, understanding that this was part of their mutual growth. They walked hand in hand out of the lakeside, ready to face the next trial.
With their departure, the surface of the lake returned to calm, as if nothing had ever happened.
Su Xinli and the knight stood at the boundary of the Immortals and Demons realm, facing a spectacular scene formed by the collision of energies from both realms.
Here, the aura of immortality and demonic energy intertwine, creating a massive energy storm with a faintly discernible path leading to the unknown at its center.
"The storm is incredibly powerful, and I'm afraid we may not be able to cross it with our own strength," the knight said, gazing ahead with a furrowed brow.
Su Xinli took a deep breath, her gaze determined. "But this is our only path. Remember the prophecy - it said that the one who reconciles with Immortals and Demons will unlock the key to ending the war. Perhaps, the path to Key to Peace is hidden within this energy storm."
The knight nodded, "So how do we navigate through this storm?"
"Let's try to harness the power of Immortals and Demons," suggested Su Xinli. She closed her eyes, delving deep into the flow of demonic energy within her and the celestial power bestowed by the Immortal, Sky Walker. She attempted to harmonize these two forces, creating a new balance within herself.
Upon seeing Su Xinli's movements, the knight also concentrated, attempting to harmonize the celestial energy within himself and resonate with Su Xinli. Gradually, the power of Immortals and Demons within them began to attract each other, forming a strong and harmonious energy. When this energy was released, a protective shield formed around them, isolating the violent energy of the storm.
"Now!" Su Xinli opened his eyes and saw the protective shield had formed. He grasped the knight's hand tightly and together they advanced towards the center of the energy storm.
As they traversed the storm, the surroundings became distorted and unreal, but Su Xinli and the knight felt an unprecedented sense of calm. This energy, a fusion of Immortals and Demons power, seemed to guide them, allowing them to find a passage through the storm.
After a difficult journey, they finally emerged from the storm and arrived in a completely new land. This was the deep borderland of the Immortals and Demons realm, a new world full of mystery.
"We did it, Xinli," the knight said, feeling emotional.
Su Xinli nodded, a smile appearing on her face. "Yes, this proves that the power of Immortals and Demons can coexist, and even create miracles. Next, we need to search for the Key to Peace in this place."
