Van Loon set foot on the journey back to the goat community, filled with anticipation and a hint of unease. He tried hard to recall the patrol route he took as a guard goat last time, hoping to find the most familiar path back to the community. His steps were firm, and his hooves moved lightly on the forest path, his eyes revealing a sense of exploration into the unknown and longing for home.
In the process of searching, Van Loon relied on the keen sense of smell inherent in him as a goat. He would occasionally stop, lower his head, and carefully sniff the ground and the air, trying to discern the traces of the goat herd. However, as he ventured deeper into the woods, he began to notice some anomalies.
Although he could indeed smell the scent of a goat, these scents seemed to have been left a long time ago, far from the fresh traces of goat activity. This was different from his memory of the behavior of goat herds, as they usually leave fresher traces within a certain range. A hint of doubt arose in the mind of Van Loon, as this deviated significantly from the familiar behavior pattern of goat herds.
This abnormal situation aroused the curiosity and vigilance of Van Loon. He began to search more cautiously, silently calculating the possible scenarios in his mind. In his heart, there was both concern for the safety of the goat community and curiosity about the unknown incident. Van Loon continued to follow the faint scent, hoping to find the traces of the community and uncover the truth behind it all.
As Van Loon ventured deeper into the forest, he began to feel increasingly uneasy. The trees became denser, and sunlight only filtered through the leaves in patches. This environment weighed heavily on Van Loon's mood. He struggled to stay alert and relied on his keen sense of smell to detect various scents.
Before long, Van Loon caught a whiff of a completely unfamiliar and dangerous scent - the smell of a monster, completely different from that of a goat! This sudden discovery filled Van Loon with panic. He knew that as a goat, his ability to defend himself was relatively limited, and the consequences of a monster attack could be severe.
Van Loon's heart was racing, but he forced himself to stay calm. Despite not being sure what kind of creatures lurked nearby, and unable to predict the potential dangers, he knew he had no choice but to keep moving forward. He walked cautiously, every step filled with prudence and vigilance.
Van Loon silently reminded himself to be ready to use the magic he had learned and The Eye of the Demon to face any potential dangers. His gaze was firm, showing extraordinary courage and determination. Even in the face of unknown threats, he would not easily back down.
Van Loon Nervously shuttling through the dense grass, his keen sense of smell caught the increasingly strong smell of blood, mixed with the unique scent of goat and the monster, filling the air with an unsettling tension. As he continued deeper, the smell became even stronger, making his heart race uncontrollably.
Finally, after a burst of effort to break through the thick vegetation, Van Loon burst out of the dense foliage. He was astonished to witness the scene before him - a camp of goats was under fierce attack by a group of terrifying skeleton warriors. These skeleton warriors were equipped with various weapons, from rusty swords to tattered shields, and they seemed like warriors emerging from ancient tombs, sweeping through and causing chaos and destruction to the goat community.
In this chaotic battlefield, Van Loon witnessed various scenes. Many smaller, non-combative goats were fleeing in panic, trying to evade the brutal invaders, some even stumbling in their escape, in a state of panic. Meanwhile, some larger, braver goats were bravely resisting the attacks of these skeleton warriors, using their horns to butt and their hooves to kick, displaying remarkable courage and will to survive despite their limited strength.
Van Loon saw all this and felt a strong urge and sense of responsibility. He knew deep down that as a former guard goat, he couldn't stand idly by. Despite facing the terrifying skeleton warrior, his heart was filled with courage and determination. He quickly assessed the battlefield and prepared to use his learned magical skills and the power of The Eye of the Demon to fight for the protection of his tribe.
As Van Loon prepared and bravely advanced towards the main battlefield, a skeleton warrior suddenly appeared in his sight. This skeleton warrior was tall in stature, wielding a seemingly ancient yet still sharp great sword. Although its movements were stiff, it carried undeniable strength and speed. Its hollow eye sockets seemed to conceal endless murderous intent as it swung directly towards Van Loon.
Van Loon At this moment, he instinctively sensed a great threat. He knew that with just his body as a goat, he couldn't directly withstand such an attack. Therefore, he quickly activated the magical skills he had learned, preparing to use magic to counter this sudden danger.
The horns of Van Loon began to rapidly gather the surrounding magical energy, forming a swirling vortex of air. He silently recited an incantation in his mind, feeling the magic gathering at the tips of his horns, and also sensing a powerful force coalescing within. The strong wind gradually became more powerful and solid, distorting the surrounding air with a deep and mighty roaring sound.
When the big sword of the skeleton warrior was about to strike the Van Loon, he decisively released a whirlwind. The storm, like a unleashed beast, erupted from the tip of his horn, forming a strong wind pressure. The strong wind instantly blew away the skeleton warrior, and its body rolled in the air, finally hitting the ground heavily like a shattered doll, with bones scattered all over the ground.
