The morning sunlight penetrated the half-opened curtains, sprinkling onto Linya's face, waking her from deep sleep. She slowly opened her eyes, her gaze gradually focusing, then looked towards the other side of the room. The figure of Ruo Shu appeared particularly clear in the sunlight, and he was quietly looking at her, his eyes filled with tenderness and concern.
"Good morning, Ruo Shu," Linya's voice was soft and full of affection as she sat up in bed and stretched lazily.
"Good morning, Linya," replied Ruo Shu in the same gentle tone, his voice always bringing Linya an inexplicable sense of comfort.
Linya stood up and walked to the window, gently pulling back the curtains to let more sunlight into the room. She took a deep breath of fresh air and then turned to Ruo Shu and said, "Today, we will continue to search for a way to free you. I believe there must be a way to set you free."
Ruo Shu's eyes flashed with complex emotions, he nodded but did not speak. Linya had already sacrificed a lot for him, yet he was unable to give her the proper return.
That afternoon, Linya and Ruo Shu arrived at an ancient temple on the outskirts of the city, following a clue provided by the old man. The temple was simple and solemn, filled with the traces of time.
They were received by an elderly elder, whose eyes were deep and full of wisdom. Linya described in detail to the elder her and Ruo Shu's encounter, as well as their process of seeking a solution.
