Jack stood outside the shelter, his face filled with despair and panic. Before him lay a desolate and unfamiliar world, shrouded in radioactive mist. A sense of helplessness and loneliness weighed heavily on his chest, making it almost impossible to breathe. 0

Tears streamed down his face involuntarily, his throat dry and his voice hoarse. Jack turned and desperately pounded on the thick, cold iron door with all his might. His fists struck the door, emitting a bleak and feeble sound, much like the beating of his shattered heart. 0

"Please, please let me go back! I'll do anything, I beg of you!" He cried out, his voice filled with humility and despair. But there was no response, only the howling of the cold wind and his own sobbing. 0

As time passed, Jack's strength gradually waned. He knelt on the ground, hands clutching his head, tears mixing with dust, leaving streaks on his face. His body began to feel the stinging pain brought on by the radiation, as if his skin were being scorched by flames. 0

He pleaded in a low voice, his tone revealing helplessness and despair: "I don't want to die here, please... please let me go back." But there was only deathly silence around him, the shelter's door firmly closed, as if there had never been any intention to open it. 0

In despair, Jack's vision gradually blurred, and he realized that he had been abandoned by the world. In this desolate land, he was just a forgotten soul, a person who had to face loneliness and despair. He lay on the ground powerlessly, tears solidifying on his cheeks, filled with longing for his past life and fear of the future. 0

On that desolate land, the sun, shrouded by dark clouds, could not provide any warmth, leaving only a despairing shadow. Jack stood in this barren land, filled with endless anger and resentment. His eyes flickered with the flames of revenge, but also revealed helplessness and despair. 0

"I gave everything for that shelter, only to be betrayed to this extent by that despicable Bruce!" Jack was filled with hatred towards Bruce. His fists clenched, imagining how satisfying it would be to retaliate against the betrayer, but at the same time, he knew he was powerless and could only wander in this desolate land. 0

As time passed, Jack's body felt increasingly weak, and every breath seemed to inhale the breath of death. His vision began to blur, the world around him spinning, and every sound seemed to drift away from him. In that moment, he realized that he might be facing true death. 0

"I can't die like this!" he roared in his mind. But his body refused to obey, each step feeling like treading on the edge of an abyss. Jack stumbled through this desolate land, every step filled with despair. 0

Finally, his steps became heavier and heavier until he could no longer support himself, kneeling on the ground, his hands propping up the sandy soil, emitting a silent groan from his mouth. Before him was endless darkness and emptiness, and at this moment, his anger and thoughts of revenge seemed so insignificant. 0

Jack knew that his strength was gradually fading, his body slowly approaching death. In this final moment, his thoughts drifted back to the days of the past, back to the refuge that was once filled with hope and dreams. But now, everything had become an unreachable memory. Jack closed his eyes, feeling his life slipping away like grains of sand on this desolate land. 0

In that desolate world, Jack lay on the cold ground, filled with despair. He was ready to give up and let death take him. But then, a strange sound suddenly broke the silence, awakening his deep survival instinct. 0

Jack struggled to sit up, his eyes searching for the source of the unknown sound. His gaze wandered through the dusty environment, looking for any sign of possible animals or creatures. However, all he saw were scattered human bones and desolation. 0

A sense of unease rose in his heart, and the creeping sound seemed like that of some large arthropod. In this desolate world, any unknown creature could harbor deadly danger. Jack struggled to concentrate, attempting to identify the source of the sounds, but all around was only endless dust and silence. 0

His breathing became rapid, each inhale carrying searing grains of sand. He knew the chances of survival in this environment were extremely slim, but he was unwilling to give up. His body was weak, every movement requiring immense effort, but he still tried to stand up and find a way to survive. 0

Jack knows very well that if he doesn't take action, death will be his only outcome. Despite the unknown path and the potential dangers, he decides to continue moving forward. In this desolate land, every step is filled with uncertainty and danger, but he has a strong desire in his heart, a desire to live, a desire to find a glimmer of hope for survival. 0

His eyes scan the surroundings, but apart from the swirling dust and scattered human bones on the ground, there seems to be no trace of any other living creature. 0

His heart raced, and every small sound of sand falling made him nervous. In this unknown wilderness, he was keenly aware that every moment was filled with danger and uncertainty. Although all he saw was scenes of death and destruction, he still strained to listen to the subtle changes in the surrounding environment. 0

At that moment, a low and terrifying roar suddenly reached Jack's ears. He turned to see a huge arthropod slowly emerging from the dust. Its body was covered in a hard shell, emitting an eerie glow, as if it were the guardian of this land of death. 0
